We have structured our property services to meet the needs of property owners. Using our approved local build contractors and specialists we can deliver a responsive and professional service for virtually all property maintenance and damage repair issues. We can handle most domestic property repairs from a burst pipe to a full refurbishment. Our services currently include:

Key Holding
Having someone local 'on hand' with a key to open up your property whilst you are away can sometimes be vital and for many reasons, ranging from emergencies to enabling contractors to continue with their programme of works . Blueriver offers key holding services to be on hand when you are not around.

Property Checks
We understand that the integrity of your property is very important. For a fixed fee, Blueriver can conduct regular checks of your property to ensure that all is well. On completion of our visits, we maintain a register where entries are recorded of any major or minor changes in the property. We will of course contact both you, the Landlord/Owner and the Police for serious security breaches and take advice from them for any subsequent actions on your behalf, unless otherwise requested by you. A quarterly property report is produced which can be either emailed, posted or faxed to you for your records and for peace of mind.

Property Maintenance
Most of us lead busy lives these days, juggling people and commitments, we always seem to run out of time. It seems to be at these times, when you least need it, that something needs to be done or organised at your property. Blueriver can relieve you of these untimely responsibilities by taking on the work on your behalf. By engaging the services of one or more of our approved contractors or indeed your own, we will oversee and coordinate the works through to successful completion.

Emergency Repairs
Emergencies can happen at any time, whether it's a burst pipe, heating and/or electrical systems failure or a blocked drain. At short notice we can deploy one of our accredited and approved contractors to ensure that the fault is properly identified and that a professional repair is completed.

Construction and Building Works
We can coordinate and project manage minor building works including: the construction of small property extensions, renovation and redecorative works. Working in conjunction with your insurers and loss adjusters we can also manage building restoration works following water flood or fire damage.
