The Dairy is a lovely big holiday cottage which is one of four converted old stone farm buildings which now form holiday cottages. The Dairy is equipped to a very high standard and the Tourist Board has awarded a 4 Key Highly Commended rating. It is located in the small hamlet of Capton, just 10mins drive from Dartmouth and the beach! The Cottage has it's own separate access, parking and garden/sitting out area. There is room for up to 9 people and well behaved dogs are also welcome. It ideal for an extended family, for two families sharing or those who just want to spread themselves.

The beautifully curved roof line of the property is a local feature which is reflected inside the cottage where the curved ceiling is lined with natural pine wood. There is a twin bedroom off the large dining room with an ensuite shower room suitable for the disabled. The kitchen is an extension from the dining room and is equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, washing machine and a large fridge freezer. Stairs go up from the lounge to three lovely bedrooms. One has a king-size bed, a curved wooden ceiling and dual aspect views of farmland. There is a twin room and a smaller bunk room suitable for children.

Outside is a large semi circular terrace with garden furniture and a Barbecue - a fantastic place to watch the sun set.
