14 Ferndale is a delightful terraced cottage which has been thoughtfully redecorated and very comfortably furnished. A nautical theme is present throughout the property reminding you that you are very close to the beautiful South Devon coastline and the sea. The lounge/diner has a very light and airy feel to it and offers a real family living space where you can choose whether to play games on the round wooden dining room table or chill out with a glass of wine in the lounge.

The kitchen has all the usual appliances and is just off the dining room making things easy when you decide to eat in for the odd night or two. The family bathroom is upstairs and is fitted out in white.There are two double bedrooms both with white painted floor boards, again adding to the feeling that you are near to or even at sea! The master bedroom has double aspect windows with views across the valley offering a magical light show at night from the other properties lights. Bedroom two is configured as a twin room and has views across the rear garden and towards open fields beyond. There is a sofa bed in the lounge for the odd overnight stay for one or visitors.

Outside there is an enclosed small courtyard and steps (which are quite steep so care should be taken with young children) that lead up to a long sloped lawn bordered by an established range of gorgeous shrubs and flowers. The garden backs onto open fields and woodland and enjoys all day sunshine, perfect for those special Pimms nights! The property has it's own parking area for a small/medium car to the front up a narrow access lane (please be aware that as the lane is very narrow, care should be taken whilst manoeuvring) . So park up, leave the car and just enjoy the delights of Dartmouth and the River Dart. This is such a great place to stay!
