Levels of Service  
General Information 
 
Our Levels of Service and associated commission rates are configured into three levels and depend on your requirements. We charge an annual fee of £145 per property which enables us to market your property to a world wide audience via the industry leading self catering holiday property portal, Holiday Lettings (a Trip Advisor company) the UK's No 1 for holiday properties worldwide. As our business continues to grow our aim is to reduce our annual fee to clients, eventually down to nothing! Offering you even greater savings and just the best value for money in subsequent years! 
 
Our three levels of service and associated commission rates are as follows: 
Bookings Only - 15%  
 
Our Bookings Only service provides you, the owner, with a reliable and professional alternative to handling enquiries/bookings yourself! Perhaps you work and don't have enough time to respond to enquiries or you simply want to be able to accept credit card and debit card payments but can't justify the cost in having a card processing facility in place.  
 
A premium listing on the Blueriver website and national and international marketing including entry onto the UKs No 1 self catering property portal, Holiday Lettings (a Trip Advisor company) We also advertise with: Dartmouth Tourist Information Centre, Dartmouth Directory Dartmouth TV, Devon Life, The Cream of the Westcountry, Dartmouth Chronicle, By the Dart and many other national holiday accommodation and other marketing media organisations and businesses.  
Secure online booking and payments facility (enabling guests to check availability online and proceed with a booking 24/7)  
Fast and professional response to enquiries  
Payment processing (including Debit and Credit Cards)  
Booking confirmation and arrival instructions sent to guests  
High booking conversion rates (our conversion rate of enquiries to bookings is around 70 - 80%)  
Owners Login to our online property management system Supercontrol, enabling you to add your own bookings, change web detail, change photos, change prices, monitor your accounts and draw down several other financial and statistical reports of your property's performance.  
Standard Management - 17.5%  
 
Our Standard Management service is an extension to and includes the features of our Bookings Only service. It is designed mainly for property owners who live away and therefore, are unable to handle the changeovers themselves. We take away the responsibilities invlolved in running your Holiday property by providing the following:  
 
All elements of Bookings Only service  
Welcome Pack - includes property and location information i.e. emergency tel. numbers, restaurants, etc (One off charge for preparation is £45)  
Cleaning and laundry co-ordination (Charged to owner)  
Housekeepers login enabling our cleaners to gain all required information and detail for every booking e.g guests names, arrival/departure times, duration of stay and any special requests or instructions e.g. highchairs, stairgates, extra linen etc.  
Key holding service (Out of normal working hours call out charges are applicable at £25 per hour with a minimum charge of £45 per call out) 
Premier Management - 20%  
 
Premier Management is our flagship level of service. It has been tailored to meet the needs of property owners who are looking for a complete 'turn key' service. Inlcuded are the following extras:  
 
All the elements of both our Bookings Only and Standard Management service packages  
Winterization eg. frost protection etc, regular property checks  
Payment of all bills e.g. Gas, Electricity, Council Tax etc (on the owner’s behalf)  
Co-ordination of contractors for maintenance works
