A lovely large open plan kitchen/living room. Luxury abounds in this stunning space with beautiful
objects and furniture of a very high standard. French windows open up
onto the Juliet balcony affording beautiful views down towards the River. There is a large flat screen TV, DVD player and radio/stereo, a comfortable 2 seater sofa and also a large corner sofa, perfect for relaxing on after a hard day's sightseeing and stylish, contemporary artwork throughout.Kitchen
The kitchen area is of a very high standard
with modern, high quality appliances including a Smeg electric oven and gas hob, microwave, built-in fridge, dishwasher, coffee-maker and washing machine.
Sleeping
The bedroom is beautifully decorated with crisp white cotton
bedding and luxurious throws and cushions. Relax in the sumptuous king sized bed
whilst taking in the views down to the river from the Juliet balcony. Bathroom
The luxury continues into the bathroom. The ensuite bathroom benefits from a bath with shower over and a heated towel
rail. The bedroom and ensuite bathroom are on the ground floor.

There is a parking space at the front of the property and lift access up to the first floor.

44 Dart Marina is a top spec apartment which has everything you need for a great stay (apart from maybe a fish slice for cooking!). It was spotlessly clean and immaculately presented. Blueriver Cottages provided an efficient service. Modern, comfortable and convenient
44 Dart Marina is a modern and comfortable split level 1 bedroom appt. it is really convenient for Dartmouth and local hostelries. It was very quiet, a lovely place to relax. Bed very comfortable with good quality bed linen and bathroom modem with a good shower. Living area very comfortable too. Ideal bolt hole for a couple wanting to explore the area. Smart & Comfortable Apartment

We thought the apartment was well appointed ,very modern and clean and on the marina site with good access to the town.We thought a microwave may come in handy.

Dart Marina Apart 44
A very nice quality apartment in a good position but regrettably, I would not wish to stay there again as it lacked a small table and a couple of chairs to dine from.A "lap tray" is not adequate for us 50 year old's and the 2 occasions we eat in were therefore uncomfortable.
