At Blueriver we understand how stressful it can be moving into a new property and for some, quite possibly a new area aswell. Therefore, we aim to make the process of renting a property as smooth and stress free as possible. By providing you with clear and up to date information at every stage we’ll keep you fully informed, so that you can feel confident that things are being handled professionally and personally.
References
Once you have selected a property you would like to rent, we will contact the landlord with your details and any other relevant matters. Once the landlord has accepted your offer, we will then carry out individual references for each adult who will be named on the tenancy agreement. We will carry out a series of credit checks, an employer's reference, a former landlord's reference (where applicable) and in some cases, a guarantor's reference.
Tenancy Agreement
Once we are happy with the references and the landlord is happy with your application, we will draw up an Assured Short Hold tenancy agreement and an inventory of the property. Upon commencement of your tenancy you will need to sign the legal paperwork, pay the remaining balance due (see Costs section) and collect the keys to your new home.
