Our brand new property the Signal Box has been taken on by the Kingsbridge Office. The Signal Box provides the perfect base for couples or a family. Idyllically situated alongside the river within the Avon Valley Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, the building stands on the route of the former Great Western Railway ‘Primrose Line’ and is adjacent to the sympathetically-converted Loddiswell Railway Station. From the Signal Box you have fantastic views through the trees and across the valley into the stunning countryside. The sight and sound of the gentle river running past and an abundance of wildlife make this spot a little piece of heaven. With direct access to plenty of private outdoor space and the riverbank, plus an extensive network of public footpaths beyond, walkers and dog owners especially will love the convenience this well-equipped property offers.

This unusual accommodation has an upside down layout with a modern open-plan fully-fitted kitchen, separate dining and ample sitting areas on the upper floor which is complete with a cosy wood burning stove. Despite its quiet, rural setting, there is a full range of amenities right on the doorstep which includes a pub & restaurant, village store, post office, a renowned garden centre and cafe and an award-winning farm shop & café.
