Quality Assessment Scheme – why do I need my property graded?
One word – CLARITY, not just for you as an owner but equally for your guests.
From an owner’s point of view, it is a very helpful tool to keep your property well maintained, legally compliant and in line with current standards and guest expectations so they appeal to today’s holidaymaker. It also aims to help maximise your booking levels by managing guest expectations.
Before we visit your property we will provide you with a checklist of ‘Minimum Entry Requirements’ so you can ensure your property is ready for assessment and all is in place for it to achieve the grading it is worthy of. We will then assess your property and provide you with a comprehensive report that will highlight areas of improvement where applicable. We will support you through the process should you need help to attain the quality standard you aspire to. We are committed to helping you achieve the highest grade possible.
