Making an enquiry
For peace of mind and because many of us prefer to talk to a real person before committing to spend our hard earned cash, please feel free to call us on 01803 833682 to make an enquiry about one of our properties, or if you prefer, you can send an email to email@example.com. Finally, each property page has an enquiry button which will direct you to a form that will ask you some simple questions about your holiday requirements. We will then get back to you.
To check the availability of a property or properties, you can either go to; the Check Availability page which enables you to blanket search all of our properties by your preferred dates range, or you can select; the Our Properties page, select the property you are most interested in then scroll down to the foot of the page until you reach the Book Now facility. Then, simply complete your preferred dates by clicking on the calendar box to the right or left, whichever you prefer.
Placing a booking
Once you have selected a property and you have checked for it’s availability for your preferred dates, simply select the Book Now button. This will then take you to the Booking Cart where you will need to provide some basic booking information before clicking the secure Place Booking button. When you have completed the basic booking information you will be invited to read our Terms & Conditions then if you agree, you can then confirm by clicking the I agree to the Terms and Conditions button. This will take you to the secure Booking Form where you will be asked to complete some detailed information before clicking the Submit button. A summary of your booking together with a unique booking request number will be displayed. A summary of your booking request will then be sent to you by email.
Confirmation and payment
A member of our sales team will review your booking and then contact you with our confirmation. Please note that your booking will not be guaranteed until we have confirmed acceptance of your booking in writing, received your payment and until we have sent you our Booking Confirmation. We are happy to make provisional bookings for up to 24 hours, depending on how far in advance you are booking your holiday. However, after that you will need to pay the normal 30% deposit in order to secure the property in your name and for your selected dates. A non-refundable deposit of 30% of the total accommodation rental cost is required plus a £30 booking fee (incl. VAT). Please note that for late bookings within 8 weeks of departure, the full amount must be paid at the time of booking. A refundable security deposit of £100 is also payable for each booking. This is paid with the final balance payment. Provided there is no damage to the property this amount is refunded to you approximately 5 days on completion of your stay. Payments can be made by cheque, bank transfer or by Visa/Mastercard or Debit Card. Any balance of payment is due not less than 6 weeks prior to your arrival. Once we have received your full payment, we will send you an email confirming your final Booking Confirmation together with driving directions to the property.
