Levels of Service

General Information

We provide two levels of service Bookings Only and Full Management depending on your requirements.

Bookings Only – call us for unbeatable commission rates!

Our Bookings Only service provides you with all your marketing needs and is an efficient and professional alternative to handling enquiries and bookings yourself. This inludes:

  • A premium listing on the Blueriver website and national and international marketing. 
  • We also advertise with: Dartmouth Directory, Dartmouth TV, Devon Life, Dartmouth Chronicle, By the Dart and many other national holiday accommodation and other marketing media organisations and businesses.
  • Secure online booking and payments facility (enabling guests to check availability online and proceed with a booking 24/7)
  • Fast and professional response to enquiries
  • Payment processing (including Debit and Credit Cards)
  • Booking confirmation and arrival instructions sent to guests
  • High booking conversion rates (our conversion rate of enquiries to bookings is around 70 – 80%)
  • Owners Login to our online property management system, enabling you to add your own bookings, monitor your accounts and draw down several other financial and statistical reports of your property’s performance.

Full Management – call us for unbeatable commission rates!

Our Full Management service is an extension to and includes the features of our Bookings Only service. It is designed mainly for property owners who live away and therefore, are unable to handle the changeovers or property maintenance themselves. We take away the responsibilities involved in running your holiday property by providing the following:

  • All elements of our Bookings Only service
  • Welcome Pack – a list of information you need to include in your welcome pack.
  • Cleaning and laundry co-ordination (Charged to owner)
  • Housekeepers login enabling our cleaners to gain all required information and detail for every booking e.g guests names, arrival/departure times, duration of stay and any special requests or instructions e.g. highchairs, stairgates, extra linen etc.
  • Emergency Call Out (8am - 10pm) and Key Holding service responding to all emergency calls and out of normal office opening hours. £15 plus VAT per incident for property fault related issues. Call out charges are applicable at £30 plus VAT (minimum charge) per hour.
  • Winterization eg. frost protection etc, regular property checks – £15 plus VAT per hour (minimum charge per visit)
  • Payment of bills e.g. maintenance contractors, household items, etc (on the owner’s behalf)
  • Co-ordination of contractors for maintenance works (10% charge + VAT applied to all contractors invoices)
