Planning your Visit

Your particular interests will have a large bearing on the kind of self catering property you require, along with the amount of time you have to spend and money at your disposal.

Our properties are situated in stunning locations across South Devon, making it easy for you to find a property to fit your requirements and within your budget. A self-catering holiday really is the perfect way to experience the freedom of the real England, at your own pace and on your terms.

Where to Stay?

Your first step is to decide on what part of South Devon you wish to stay in. Our Local Area information page along with the Things to Do page will help determine where you want to go. There are so many beautiful towns and villages including, Dartmouth, Kingswear, Brixham, Totnes, Kingsbridge, Salcombe and Hope Cove to name but a few.

What time of year?

Next you need to decide what time of year you want to visit. Remember, going in the height of the summer will not always guarantee the best weather. In fact, late Spring (April and May) and early fall (September and October) are the months when you will enjoy some of South Devon’s finest weather.

How much do you want to pay?

Third, you need to decide on how much you want to pay and try to book somewhere that meets your budget and expectations. We will definitely be able to help you with this!

Fourth, you need to consider what type of facilities or specific features are important to you within your budget such as, the number of bedrooms, whether pets are welcome, or if you would prefer a coastal or riverside location.
