Parking. On the A379 from Dartmouth into Strete, parking is located just passed the bus stop and just before the pretty pink thatched cottages seen on the right hand side in diagonal bays which is free of charge and no specified days or times.
Changeover Day: Saturday - arrival 4:00pm - departure 11:00am.
Security Deposit: this property has a £150 Good housekeeping deposit, which is payable to Blueriver Cottages with the balance of your holiday OR you can choose to pay the £5 per person Good housekeeping deposit waiver instead.
Power and Heating: Electricity included in rent, central heating throughout, underfloor heating in living room and bathroom.
