In the other direction, only 2 miles away is the picturesque fishing village of Hope Cove. The village is made up of two sandy beaches, harbour, a very popular Pub with both the locals and holidaymakers, seafood Restaurant and Art Gallery. Whilst the popular coastal town of Salcombe is only fours miles away. With its estuary location, it is a haven for water sports. Both North and South Sands provide excellent sandy beaches and turquoise waters. In the town are an array of high street fashion shops, eateries and art galleries, not forgetting the famous Salcombe Gin distillery.

Changeover Day: Friday, Arrival 3:00pm (15:00) - Departure 10:00am 

Security Deposit: This property has a refundable Accidental Damage Deposit of £200, which is payable to Blueriver Cottages with the final balance of your holiday, eight weeks prior to your arrival, and is refunded within 5 working days of your departure. Alternatively, you may wish to pay a non-refundable Accidental Damage Deposit Waiver equivalent to 10% of the Accidental Damage Deposit value, which covers you for the full value of the Accidental Damage Deposit, should any damage occur during your stay.

Pets Welcome: Maximum of 2 pets; £25 per pet per week

Power and Heat: Heating & Electricity included in rent. Underfloor heats the ground floor and Central Heating, heats the first floor. Heated Towel Rails in both Family Bathroom and downstairs Shower Room.

Bedding and Linen: Bed linen and towels are provided (Please bring your own beach towels).

Beautiful property in a fantastic location. Very handy having the restaurant next door, and many lovely walks straight from the property without the need for the car. Lovely views from the balcony. And dog friendly too which is an added bonus.
