Description

The Pines is a lovely base for family and friends to enjoy. This upside down duplex style apartment can cater for six people in three bedrooms and has a large open plan living, kitchen and dining space on the upper level of the property. It also comes with a balcony on the front of the upper level of the apartment, garden towards the rear of the property and a designated parking space. It's spacious, light and is in a fantastic location offering escapism from the busy Brixham town however, take a fifteen minute walk and you'll find yourself on Brixham sea front. The town offers an abundance of activities suitable for adults and children, a great holiday destination throughout the whole year. Fancy an afternoon tipple? Head towards Liberty's cafe for either coffee and cake or go straight in for an afternoon cocktail. Fill the rest of the day walking along the sea front towards the Breakwater and from the Breakwater head towards Berry Head Hotel for an evening meal and stroll back. If you're looking to take a day trip further outside of Brixham head towards the fish quay and catch the Western Lady ferry to Torquay, shop until you drop and catch the ferry back to Brixham.

Master Bedroom: King (5') bed, bedside cabinets, wardrobe, chest of drawers, full length mirror, hairdryer. 

Bedroom 2: Twin (3') beds, 1 bedside cabinet, wardrobe and chest of drawers. 

Bedroom 3: Double (4'6") bed, square mirror, bedside cabinets and tallboy chest of drawers. 

Family Bathroom: Separate walk in electric shower, bath with mixer tap shower head, w.c., handbasin. 

Outside Space: On the upper level of the property is a balcony guests can access throughout their holiday. This looks out onto a woodland area and through the trees are sea glimpses. Towards the rear of the property is a garden, please be aware do not leave your children unattended due to the steps in the garden. 

Parking: 1 Labelled designated space is available on Sea Cove Bungalows forecourt for The Pines.

 

Changeover Day: Friday - Arrival 4:00pm - Departure 10:00am

Security Deposit: This property has a refundable Accidental Damage Deposit of £250, which is payable to Blueriver Cottages with the final balance of your holiday, eight weeks prior to your arrival, and is refunded within 5 working days of your departure. Alternatively, you may wish to pay a non-refundable Accidental Damage Deposit Waiver equivalent to 10% of the Accidental Damage Deposit value, which covers you for the full value of the Accidental Damage Deposit, should any damage occur during your stay.

Pets Welcome: Maximum of 2 pets; £25 Pet Pet Per Week

Power and Heat: Gas and Electricity included in rent. 

Bed Linen and Towels: Bed linen and towels provided (please bring your own beach towels). 

Baby Equipment: Travel cot (please bring your own bedding for the travel cot). Other baby equipment is not provided.

Notes - Non-smoking property. Whilst there is no smoking in the house, smoking is permitted in the back garden. WiFi Provided. Strong Mobile Phone Coverage. Please be aware the Gardener does attend to the property's garden on a regular basis, please do not be alarmed if you see him, he does not need access to the property only the garden. Please be aware the Window Cleaners also regularly attend to the property, please do not be alarmed if you see them. 

Short Breaks - Short Breaks are accepted from January - end of June, from September - December, minimum of 3 nights. Short Breaks are not accepted during the months of July and August, this is strictly a Friday changeover day.
