Security Deposit: This property has a refundable Accidental Damage Deposit of £250, which is payable to Blueriver Cottages with the final balance of your holiday, eight weeks prior to your arrival, and is refunded within 5 working days of your departure. Alternatively, you may wish to pay a non-refundable Accidental Damage Deposit Waiver equivalent to 10% of the Accidental Damage Deposit value, which covers you for the full value of the Accidental Damage Deposit, should any damage occur during your stay.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house was lovely and the welcome pack was a very thoughtful and personal touch. We had my parents with us who are in their 90’s and they were comfortable and happy with their stay. Just wish we could have stayed longer! We were able to stay in this property at early July 2017.The location of the property was very good, at the top of a hill in a quiet cul-de-sac. It has views over the fields and the coastline can be seen as far as Sidmouth on a clear day. It is a short drive into Brixham or Kingswear and close to Dartmouth via the ferry. The property is maintained to a high standard, with beautiful décor and lots of attention to detail. It felt like a home away from home. The beds were comfortable, everyone slept well,the children particularly enjoyed their doggy themed room. The standard of this property is high, beautiful linen and fluffy towels, it was very clean throughout. The property was very well stocked with everything we needed, it was a bonus to have a beautiful welcome box and tea and coffee provided ,we even had fresh flowers that smelt wonderful in the room. The garden is well tended and secure for the children to play in, we loved the idea of the fire pit but didn't use it. The property has its own parking,there is plenty of space on the drive for several cars. We enjoyed exploring the local area, the children loved rock pooling at Shoalstone and crabbing in the harbour. We went to Greenway on a boat from Dartmouth which was beautiful. We explored lovely coves along the coastal path which was very reminiscent of scenes from famous five. We were very pleased with the stay here and we would love to go back.
