Summercourt House is situated at one of the highest locations of Brixham overlooking the picturesque countryside. This beautiful house features a large driveway and in total can park four cars, a stunning garden with outside seating and barbeque available and can sleep up to 7 people. Plan your holiday for the whole family! Summercourt House has been decorated to a very high standard giving the property a luxury feel, every room is spacious, welcoming and homely, the open plan kitchen, dining and living space provides a very sociable space. Summercourt House is located on Summercourt Way in Brixham, this property is in a quiet location almost offering the 'gated community' feel, private and secluded. The property is within close proximity to the walking paths that lead to Galmpton and Churston and the house is roughly a 10 minute drive into the centre of Brixham. Whether you're looking for a couples getaway, family reunion or a walking holiday, this property can help make it a holiday to remember.

Garden and Parking Enclosed large garden at the back on the property, large decking area with furniture provided, gas barbeque. Private parking for four small/medium sized cars on the large driveway.


Changeover Day: Friday

Security Deposit: This property has a refundable Accidental Damage Deposit of £250, which is payable to Blueriver Cottages with the final balance of your holiday, eight weeks prior to your arrival, and is refunded within 5 working days of your departure. Alternatively, you may wish to pay a non-refundable Accidental Damage Deposit Waiver equivalent to 10% of the Accidental Damage Deposit value, which covers you for the full value of the Accidental Damage Deposit, should any damage occur during your stay.

Power and Heat: Gas central heating included in rent. Gas fired central heated towel rails in bathrooms. Electric fire in lounge. 

Bedding and Linen: Bed linen and towels are provided (please bring your own beach towels). If you'd like to use the truckle bed - Please order the truckle bed linen in advance .

Notes No Smoking. No Pets. No children under the age of 5. WiFi Provided. Mobile phone coverage is strong. 

Short Breaks: Short breaks accepted in low and mid season. Minimum of 3 nights. 


One of the very best houses we've booked, -ever! I have been holidaying in the area for 66years, so it's very much 'home from home' for me! We have found that Blueriver Cottages seem to have the better quality properties in their charge.

Torbay is a beautiful area with lots of attractions for the whole family. This is our second holiday in the area this year, and we hope to be back soon.


We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house was lovely and the welcome pack was a very thoughtful and personal touch. We had my parents with us who are in their 90’s and they were comfortable and happy with their stay. Just wish we could have stayed longer!
