The heart of the thriving seaside town is only five minute walk away and is host to some of the best seafood restaurants in Devon. Equally, if strolling around the traditional shops, pubs and maritime museums is of interest, then Brixham will definitely not disappoint. This neat apartment bolthole also means that you are within easy reach of some of Torbay's finest beaches and water sport activities, so you can immerse yourself fully into Devon!

Parking There is no allocated parking for this property and a permit is not included in the price. However the nearest car park for guests is Oxen Cove long stay and is a 10 min walk from the apartment. Short stay and weekly permits for here can be purchased off Torbay Council. Limited on-street car parking is also available free of charge.

Changeover Day: Saturday Arrival 15:00pm - Departure  10:00am

Security Deposit:This property has a refundable Accidental Damage Deposit of £150, which is payable to Blueriver Cottages with the final balance of your holiday, eight weeks prior to your arrival, and is refunded within 5 working days of your departure. Alternatively, you may wish to pay a non-refundable Accidental Damage Deposit Waiver equivalent to 10% of the Accidental Damage Deposit value, which covers you for the full value of the Accidental Damage Deposit, should any damage occur during your stay.

Power and Heat: Electric portable heating throughout, electric heated towel rail in the bathroom.

Bedding and Linen: Bed linen and towels are provided (please bring your own beach towels).
