 Jasmine Cottage is a beautiful, quaint hideaway situated in Brixham’s harbour bowl. The Cottage enjoys the unusual proximity of only 42 steps from the bustle of the harbour whilst still benefiting from its peaceful surroundings in a mews position. The cottage has everything you need for a romantic, cosy stay boasting three outdoor spaces, perfect for a glass of wine in the evening, a balcony on the top floor overlooking the harbour and courtyards to the front and rear of the property. Devon’s most famous fishing town, picturesque Brixham is bursting with restaurants, cafes and shops offering regional produce from local families and businesses. 

Ground Floor

Kitchen/Dining Electric oven, gas hob, refrigerator, microwave, washing machine, Nespresso Pod Coffee Machine. Access to the front and rear courtyards. 

First Floor

Bedroom Double bed (4'6"), wardrobe, bedside cabinets, IPod docking station.

Bathroom Bath with wall mounted mixer tap shower, w.c., hand basin. 

Second Floor

Living Room  TV/DVD Combi, two seater sofa and two free standing chairs and access to the balcony. 

 

Outside Space Jasmine Cottage has a courtyard at the front of the property, at the rear of the property there is a second courtyard with table and chairs provided, perfect for your evening meal and a glass of wine. On the second floor from the living room you can access the balcony, this balcony overlooks the harbour and gets the afternoon sun. 

Parking  Parking is provided for Jasmine Cottage in the nearby car-park (approx 200m away). There is also limited free on-street parking. 

Changeover Day Saturday Arrival 3:00pm  Departure 10:00am

Security Deposit: £150 Refundable or Damage Waiver: At the checkout you can choose to pay the £5 per person Good housekeeping deposit waiver instead

Power and Heat Gas and Electricity included in rent. 

Bedding and Linen Bed linen and towels are provided (please bring your own beach towels)

Notes - The car park permit is arranged in advance and needs at least 10 days notice for the permit to be purchased. On street parking is free in certain areas of Brixham (subject to seasons) and is available within 200 metres of the property. Like many properties in Brixham this charming cottage has a steep staircase so care must be taken. Please be aware there is no vehicle access to the property. No Smoking. No Pets. WiFi Provided. Strong mobile phone signal.

Jasmine Cottage We have found a little Jem of a holiday cottage. My wife and I stayed there in September 2017 and absolutely loved it, very clean and welcoming it's a home from home the views of Brixham harbour from the cottage are a delight. Great location for exploring what Devon has to offer. Really good restaurants and bars close by. We can't wait to return staying for two weeks this summer .
We have been staying at Jasmine Cottage in Brixham for over ten years now, and have thoroughly enjoyed every visit. The cottage is clean and cosy and well equipped, and one of the best holiday cottages we have visited. It has great views over the harbour and marina, and is superbly located in a central position near the harbour, with all the shops, pubs and restaurants within a very short walking distance. Both long and short stay car parks are located close by. We very much look forward to our trips to Brixham and would not consider staying anywhere else. We have no hesitation in recommending it.
