With spectacular views over the beautiful Brixham coastline and to the shores of the English Riviera beyond, Le Voir offers home-style comfort for families of upto seven guests in an upside-down configuration, tucked away from the centre of the town but a surprisingly close location for enjoying all that this historic fishing town has to offer!

Plenty of Outside Space
Complete with an assortment of outside space to choose from, including an enclosed paved garden, stylish stained decked terrace, or a sizeable balcony with clear screen surrounding it accessed from the living room, Le Voir will be the perfect place to enjoy a holiday by the sea in Devon. Both the decked terrace and the balcony offer enthralling views over Brixham harbourside, equally enjoyable on a warm summer day or watching the dramatic coastline on a stormy evening. Watch out for the seagulls though if you're sat with your chips - you wouldn't believe how close you are to the sea!

Welcome Inside...
Up the six steps from the terrace and inside this spacious family home, an open-plan living and dining area greets you, complete with tasteful seaside decor to immerse you in that seaside feeling. Large sliding doors to the balcony provide a sea of light, with views which can be enjoyed outside or in! The living area boasts a comfortable corner sofa and a Smart TV with Bluray player, perfect for enjoying a good movie with a home-cooked meal or the classic seaside favourite - locally-sourced fish and chips! Prefer a sit-down family meal? A large wooden dining table comfortably seats upto eight, and an electric fire sets a great atmosphere. Picture views can again be enjoyed from the long, bright window in this space.

Homely interiors continue into the neatly fitted kitchen, which is fitted with a dishwasher, microwave, under-counter fridge, gas hob and electric oven. Practical and pretty, this is a perfect space for preparing delicious home-cooked meals.

The top floor also boasts a smart bathroom suite, accented by the wooden clad effect, and comes complete with a bath and separate shower. This finish flows through into the spacious master bedroom, which is dressed in beautiful stone colours and is fitted with a King bed, wardrobes, drawers and a television.

Downstairs to the lower floor you will find another bright bedroom for two which is decorated in a nautical airy blue finish, feeling fresh and comfortable. Across the hallway is a 3rd spacious bedroom, perfectly set up for children, fitted with a single bed and a Superking  bed, in addition to a charming alcove shelf to house a continuation of the seaside decor.

In between both of these bedrooms is a second sunny bathroom suite on this lower ground floor level, fitted with a bath and hand-shower, hand basin and WC.

There is also access from the double bedroom to a very low-ceilinged utility area (including a washing machine, tumble dryer and chest freezer). This is also a great space to store wetsuits or other items after a day at the beach exploring the true meaning of the word 'seaside'!

Brixham is a hilly fishing town and the old quarter in which Hillview is situated was built long before cars graced the area. The garage is up the hill from the house, in a garage area beyond Harbour View Close (off Ropewalk Hill).

This modernised holiday cottage is within walking distance of the harbour front and Brixham's beautiful amenities. The harbour itself offers a fascinating seaside stroll, as home to one of the largest fishing fleets in the country, it is fit to burst with bobbing fishing boats. The harbour town' fish auction also ensures that guests have plenty of home-cooking opportunities, and guests can sample freshly caught seafood in one of the town's many excellent restaurants.

Brixham Harbour Gardens offer an unspoiled idyll in which to relax, and the delights of Paignton and Torquay are but a car or bus ride away.

Alternatively, you may wish to pay a non-refundable Accidental Damage Deposit Waiver equivalent to 10% of the Accidental Damage Deposit value, which covers you for the full value of the Accidental Damage Deposit, should any damage occur during your stay.
