The top & bottom lakes both offer a timeless sense of wonder and escapism, with far reaching views of the Blackdown Hills to serve as a gentle backdrop. Mallard Ducks and Koi Carp frequent both lakes and on the bottom lake, guests can sit back and enjoy a picnic-perfect moment by the rustic boat house, gazing out towards the pretty folly feature on the island.

Reviews

A visit to this place had been high priority ever since I laid eyes on it on the internet. Naturally we had steeled ourselves for disappointment as we approached our dream holiday, but it was as glorious and comfortable as we could ever have hoped for. Hutchinghayes is such a naturally beautiful and serene place.
