Rose Walk is located in Warfleet which is roughly a 10-15 minute walk from Dartmouth's Town Centre, where you'll find an array of local amenities, shops, restaurants and activities for all the family. The property is a 5 minute walk from Dartmouth Castle and a 10 minute walk from Sugary Cove. Garden There is an outside w.c., terrace area, garden furniture provided. This garden is in an elevated position therefore, please do not leave children unattended outside.

Parking Parking is available for 1 car in the garage located next to the road. Other parking on Warfleet Road is available roughly 250 yards down the road, use at your own risk. Garage is 5 foot wide, 11 foot long, 6 foot high.


Changeover Day Saturday

Security Deposit This property has a refundable Accidental Damage Deposit of £200, which is payable to Blueriver Cottages with the final balance of your holiday, eight weeks prior to your arrival, and is refunded within 5 working days of your departure. Alternatively, you may wish to pay a non-refundable Accidental Damage Deposit Waiver equivalent to 10% of the Accidental Damage Deposit value, which covers you for the full value of the Accidental Damage Deposit, should any damage occur during your stay.

Pets Welcome Maximum of 2 pets; £25 per pet per week. Pets must be kept downstairs at all times.
