From the living and dining space you’ll get the full benefit of the property’s glass frontage looking out towards both river and valley. Leading from the kitchen is the terrace and garden. Please do not leave your children unattended in the garden due to the elevated position. This garden is private and a welcome retreat from the bustling festivities Dartmouth Town has to offer. On the ground floor are the bedrooms and bathroom; a distinctive layout offering insight into 70's lifestyle and living. Rose Walk comes with a parking in a garage and is happy to accept pets. Rose Walk is located in Warfleet which is roughly a 10-15 minute walk from Dartmouth's Town Centre, where you'll find an array of local amenities, shops, restaurants and activities for all the family. The property is a 5 minute walk from Dartmouth Castle and a 10 minute walk from Sugary Cove. Kitchen Fridge/Freezer, gas hob, electric oven, microwave, washer/dryer, filter coffee machine. 

 

Garden There is an outside w.c., terrace area, garden furniture provided. This garden is in an elevated position therefore, please do not leave children unattended outside.

Parking Parking is available for 1 car in the garage located next to the road. Other parking on Warfleet Road is available roughly 250 yards down the road, use at your own risk. Garage is 5 foot wide, 11 foot long, 6 foot high.

Pets Welcome Maximum of 2 pets; £25 per pet per week. Pets must be kept downstairs at all times.
