All Seasons is a lovely two bedroom chalet located within a chalet complex just two minutes away from the historic port of Dartmouth and it's bustling town centre. It allows you to escape away from your normal daily grind without breaking the bank! It is one of the best situated chalets offering unobstructed views over open countryside. Well behaved dogs are also welcome! All Seasons benefits from being very close to the nearby Dartmouth Golf and Country Club where there are leisure and pool facilities and a restaurant and of course, a fantastic golf course!
All Seasons has a lovely, bright and sunny sitting room with picture window overlooking the communal garden and the sea beyond. There are two comfy sofa and a dining table that seats six.
There is a well equipped modern kitchen which includes a microwave as well as an oven and hob, washing machine and dishwasher.
Off the living room are two good sized double bedrooms. The master bedroom has a double bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers. The second bedroom also benefits from stunning views over the communal garden adding a bright sunny feel to the room. There are two small single beds, a pair of bedside tables a large mirror and a wardrobe.
Next to the master bedroom is a recently updated bathroom finished in white with a separate shower cubicle.
All Seasons has a lovely outdoor seating area in front and to the side of the property. It really is a special, if not unique chalet offering uninterrupted views of the countryside, everything a family needs for a perfect holiday!
Please note there is a pay meter in the kitchen for the electrics which takes pound coins.

Fulfilled all expectations!
The property was exactly as described; ideal location for exploring the area, very comfortable. Our problem with hot water supply was dealt with efficiently. We were surprised at just how comfy a chalet could be! Elderly parents have quite precise requirements and they were happy, so thank you very much. Alison from Shropshire - 9th July 2016
Excellent location, but still a tired and dated chalet and site
For walking the coast around South Hams an excellent location (provided you have a car). We used Norton Park 5 years ago for a similar purpose and found it acceptable as the chalets are a good price and we are out all day. But this time tried to see whether paying more would result in a better chalet - it did not. The chalet is fairly well equiped although broken items appear not to be replaced (see previous comments about the TV and frying pans) and the small double bed is appalling - only suitable for young children who can sleep on anything - for an adult it resulted in 5 unconfortable nights. I would not rebook, but would look elsewhere. CJ Hampshire - 2nd July 2015
The Stay was good and Dartmouth and Dartmoor Stunning
The Chalet was good with the exception of a couple of minor things 1 The Shower Room sink plug didn't work properly i.e. didn't close 2 The Frying Pans were past their sell by date, the large one had no handle 3 The Flow rate on the sink Hot water was poor 4 The Chalet had a Musty smell to it Every thing else worked fine. Comfortable accomodation, pleasant & peaceful setting
Surprisingly spacious (for a chalet). Most things you would want are there, with the bonus of a surprisingly good shower. However, the DVD player doesn't work and the TV is tiny (14 inch screen I think). Also the 4ft bed in the room with 2 beds in it was quite uncomfortable. Generally clean and tidy, but when we vacuumed upon leaving we found rubber bands and a child's sock under the beds and some dust and crumbs under the sofas. No on-site facilities at all (apart from communal dustbins), but a supermarket is just 1 mile away so that was no hardship. All in all it was good value for money and if you don't expect luxury (we didn't) I reckon you'll enjoy it. P, A and L from Bognor Regis - 30th May 2015
Pleasant and relaxing
The property is pleasantly furnished and well-equipped and represents decent value for money, but would benefit from some upgrading: . The small double bed in the bedroom next to the bathroom is pretty worn out; springs can be felt through the very hard mattress and these creak loudly and often. . The two sofas in the living room are also very worn with the springing having almost 'gone'. . In this day and age, WiFi at the property would be very welcome. . It is a shame that there are no facilities on the site - not sure if the hotel and shops were closed because late in the season or whether this is a more permanent closure. Great location... plenty of space to run around outside
Chalet was in great location as long as you don't want to be right in town/near harbour as needed to drive everywhere. We didn't mind as we have young children and there was lots of space to run around away from car park so very safe. Views from chalet lovely. It was generally clean but there was a few cobwebs, the last family left dirty washing in laundry bin and the oven smoked terribly as needed good clean. We would book again despite this.Dartmouth is gorgeous although very pricey when on a budget even just for fish and chips... The cafe next to the park and tennis courts was the best value we found. Crabbing was the best as tide comes in and kept kids entertained for hours! I think we spent about a pound a day on electric... But having small ones means you wash clothes and beachwear a lot!! Lots of sandy beaches in salcombe... Which safe for little ones to paddle and sheltered and warm. Woodlands was fun but very expensive and you need to take up the seven day passes to get good value from entry! There is a good paddling pool there so take bathers! Very comfortable stay and beautiful weather thank you
Overall a very nice comfortable chalet in a nice location arguably the best on the site.A visitors book or some local information on the Park and Ride into Dartmouth would have been nice as the 2 minute journey time into town stated was a bit of poetic licence as this gives the impression that Dartmouth was within walking distance but without any footpaths this would be highly improbable and dangerous so a bit of local knowledge on whether buses call into the site would have been useful as if not you really need a car even though it would be unlikely to park in Dartmouth in the Summer months.Other than that we would recommend the chalet and would stay here again.Mark from SW15 - 7th September 2013
On the whole a lovely place to stay, with excellent views and being an end property nice and quiet. The TV was a little outdated and although we didn't exactly watch it due to the lovely weather it may have been a different story if we had terrible weather. Thanks again for a lovely holiday and the follow up call on Tuesday to make sure everything was O.K. we found your staff very pleasant and helpful. Lynne from Kidderminster - 20th July 2013
We stayed at All Seasons w/c 22/6 having not stayed on norton park before - overall we found it very good and would stay again. The points I would note are a) the heated towel rail got *very* hot in use - not sure it should ever get hot enough to burn ( it was only a minor burn, but still... ) - I would check this out as it could be faulty. b) the dvd player didn't work - again only minor as it was sunny most of the time - ( who goes on holiday and stays in to watch dvds anyway ?? ) but might be inconvenient if it rained etc Other than that we would definitely recommend it Dave from Yorkshire - 29th June 2013
