Jernizend is a newly refurbished Norton Park Chalet located less than a 5 minute drive from Dartmouth town. Dartmouth is a wonderful, lively town with local events taking place throughout the whole year. Relax and enjoy the mix of independent shops, cafes and Dartmouth's very own museum during your stay. Jernizend is based on the Norton Park complex just outside of Dartmouth, this complex is on a main bus route and is within an easy commuting distance to Totnes, Brixham, Torquay and Paignton. Some of the major towns in Devon. The chalet is all on one floor and well equipped with wifi, one designated car park space, ample seating on a luxurious leather corner sofa, a freestanding chair and has two bedrooms sleeping a total of four people.

Living: Wall mounted TV with Freeview, Radio is on the TV.
Bedroom 1: Double bed (4'6"), bedside cabinets and wardrobe.

Outside Space: There is a communal grass area at the front of the chalet for guests use during their holiday.
Parking: One designated space is available in the parking area of Norton Park. It is clearly labelled.

Security Deposit:This property has a refundable Accidental Damage Deposit of £200, which is payable to Blueriver Cottages with the final balance of your holiday, eight weeks prior to your arrival, and is refunded within 5 working days of your departure. Alternatively, you may wish to pay a non-refundable Accidental Damage Deposit Waiver equivalent to 10% of the Accidental Damage Deposit value, which covers you for the full value of the Accidental Damage Deposit, should any damage occur during your stay.
Power and Heat: Electric heaters are located in each room in the chalet. Please be aware Electricity is provided by a pound coin operated meter, pound coins are not provided.
Bedding and Linen: Bed linen and towels are provided (please bring your own beach towels). If you'd like the beds zipped together for your holiday please inform us when booking.

Loved our stay at Jernizend. First impressions was kitsch chalets. Extremely clean, comfortable & lovely decor. Although there was an electric meter which required £1 coins and we arrived with loads of coins, we found that the electric lasted for ages - probably only £4/5 for 7 days We tried to book another week again in August but unsurprisingly, the chalet was booked up. We really appreciated the little extra touches to the accommodation. the little bags of toiletries bread,milk,biscuits, chocolates and the tea and coffee were a lovely surprise.
