Wonderful house and garden in a good location. Parking was a bit of an issue as we had 3 cars and parking on the main road was quite a long walk away. But all in all we enjoyed our stay very much and would stay here again. Problem free booking. Everything was clean an ready for when we arrived. The house itself was very comfortable with lots of good books to read and everything you could possibly need. Stairs up to the attic bedroom where too step for an elderly relative in our party resulting in one of us sleeping on the sofa. luckily our son being 22 years old didn't mind. We had a nice week in Dartmouth and where sorry to leave. Mr Peter Norman - 22nd July 2018
Very well equipped. Robert Dodd - 16th July 2018
Very comfortable, enough space for a family of five, very well equipped, nicke view, a steep but beautiful garden, a 20 Minute walk to the harbour/town centre Contact to blueriver: Very fast answers to all my questions, very helpful assistance.Mr Martin Malcher - 11th July 2018
Great property ideally placed with great views. Great service with wonderful property in a beautiful part of the country what more can you ask for? Mr Edward Rivett - 4th June 2018
Loved it , perfect Amanda Scott - 23rd April 2018
We had a great time in Dartmouth (as always) and actually we pretty lucky with the weather with only 1 day rain. The house was brilliant! It's nice to return for a second time and for everything to be as nice as we remembered. Becky - 4th November 2017
Perfect house for our family break, catered for everyone aged two to 70! Very well equipped and comfortable, everything has clearly been through and it felt like a home from home. Beautiful views from the immaculate and quirky garden. Great communication from the owners at all times. Highly recommended; we'd love to stay here again. Sophie King - 29th June 2017
Suitable for fit people only!
The property is spacious and well enough equipped. you need to be fit to stay in this house! as to enjoy the garden you have to walk up a lot of steep steps and that is to the 1st level! There are further levels but I didn't get that far! Another minus is only 1 space for parking. Do not rely on parking along surrounding streets because of yellow lines and lack of spaces. Walking down to the town wasn't a problem but walking back up was, as it is fairly steep. Buses are every half hour and do stop outside the house, although once again you have to conquer three lots of steep steps to get to the house. This house is certainly not for people with physical disabilities or the elderly.Krissy from London - 28th August 2016
Fairview was an extremely welcoming place to stay. Lovely, fresh, modern accommodation, everything we needed was there (except enough dish washer tablets!!) Perfect for our little memory trip in honour of my husband whom I lost just a year ago. My family were with me and we took a trip up the River Dart to remember the days of my husband in the Navy. We met in Dartmouth. The garden is really novel and the summerhouse at the top is a lovely idea for tea, coffee or something stronger! Only problem is parking but then I knew about that from my previous Dartmouth days. Great stay, thankyou.Helen Ellis - 23rd May 2016
