Sea Holly is a two bedroom ground floor apartment conveniently placed within a 2 minute walk of Dartmouth Town Centre. The property offers spacious light and airy accommodation and benefits from on site parking. Dartmouth is well known for its beautiful riverside location and has plenty to offer with an abundance of restaurants, cafes and interesting shops.

Security Deposit This property has a refundable Accidental Damage Deposit of £200, which is payable to Blueriver Cottages with the final balance of your holiday, eight weeks prior to your arrival, and is refunded within 5 working days of your departure. Alternatively, you may wish to pay a non-refundable Accidental Damage Deposit Waiver equivalent to 10% of the Accidental Damage Deposit value, which covers you for the full value of the Accidental Damage Deposit, should any damage occur during your stay.

We enjoyed an excellent holiday due in no small part to the very convenient location , comfortable surroundings and high standard and range of equipment of the accommodation.
The property was very nice and within easy walking distance of the town. The parking facility was an added bonus, although very difficult to negotiate.
Perfect for a long weekend stay. Very close to centre. Warm, very clean and well appointed
