Security Deposit This property has a refundable Accidental Damage Deposit of £200, which is payable to Blueriver Cottages with the final balance of your holiday, eight weeks prior to your arrival, and is refunded within 5 working days of your departure. Alternatively, you may wish to pay a non-refundable Accidental Damage Deposit Waiver equivalent to 10% of the Accidental Damage Deposit value, which covers you for the full value of the Accidental Damage Deposit, should any damage occur during your stay.

Excellent accommadation and a very good standard of facilities
I would not hesitate to use this accommodation in the future even though it was a bit tight in the bathroom as I had difficulty getting in and out of the shower as the bath was a bit high. But this would not stop me booking again.Pat from Devon - 30th August 2015

Accommodation was terrific. The apartment was in a perfect location - really close to the waterfront, but nice and quiet. The kitchen was well-equipped & great to have a dishwasher! Good size TV & DVD player. It was also really good that all bed linen and towels were provided. The apartment was very clean & well decorated. Nice also to have a space to park the car. Sea Holly is situated along Victoria Road, which is a flat 5 minute walk from the centre of Dartmouth Town. The front door, which leads to the communal hallway where the front door to Sea Holly is, is 82cm wide and you will need to take a small step over the threshold into the communal hallway. The hallway which leads to Sea Hollys front door is a flat lino surface; the front door to Sea Holly is on the left and is 79cm wide.
The Sea Hollys front door leads to a hallway that has several doors leading off from it, the flooring in the hallway is a flat laminate, turn to your left and you will walk into the kitchen and lounge.
The door that leads into the kitchen, lounge and dining area is 81cm wide. The room is an open planned space, in the kitchen the worktop covers the back wall and is 90cm high, this is measured from the floor to the underside of the worktop. Above the worktop there are wall mounted cabinets that are 1m 28cm, again this has been measured from the floor to the underside of the cabinets.
The gap between the kitchen areas to the back of the sofa is 1m 8cm.
There are two sofas which measure 51cm high, this is the height from the floor to the cushions on the sofas. The two sofas in the room are the same.
The dining table and chairs are a compact design, the chairs fit underneath the table to unsure the room is maximised when the dining table and chairs are not in use. The table is 67cm high, this is from the floor to the underside of the table, and the chairs are 46cm high, measured from the floor to the seat cushion.
The flooring in this room is laminate.
This bedroom is carpeted and houses twin beds, a bedside cabinet and a small wardrobe. The door to the twin bedroom is 79cm wide, and the bedside cabinet is situated immediately on your right. The bedside cabinet is 59cm high and is placed at the bottom of one of the twin beds. The wardrobe opposite the door to the bedroom is 1m 48cm high and 79cm wide. The twin beds are placed next to each other with a gap of 20cm between the two beds. The beds are exactly the same measuring 58cm high, including the mattress, they are 1m in width and measure 1m 95cm in length.
When you make your way out of the twin bedroom the bathroom door is immediately on your left. The door to the bathroom is 79cm wide and the flooring in the bathroom is tiles. The hand basin which is on the left as you walk into the bathroom is 82cm high, there is a cabinet next to the hand basin which is 1m 70cm high with the width of 35cm. The gap between the cabinet and bath is 59cm allowing an easy walkway to the w/c, the bath is 62cm high, 1m 43cm in length and is 53cm wide. Next to the bath is the w/c which is 43cm high, this has been measured from the floor to the seat.
The Hallway leads on to the second bedroom, this hallway is 78cm wide. The hallway is a wood laminate which is then covered by a rug when you walk towards the second bedroom.
There is 1 carpeted step up to the bedroom door, at a height of 20cm. The door is 79cm wide, the bedroom is carpeted and houses a king size bed, two bedside cabinets, wardrobe and small table. The bedside cabinets are both 60cm high and 45cm wide and are place on both sides of the bed. The bed is 70cm high, this has been measured from the floor to the top of the mattress, the bed has a walkway around it which is 65cm wide allowing you to move around the bedroom. There is a set of French doors in front of the king size bed, to open the doors you must take 1 step up, which is 30cm high. The French doors are 1m 28cm wide and 1m 95cm high. The doors lead out onto the patio area.
From the French doors there is 1 small step down onto the patio area. The patio is 1m 95cm wide and 3m 20cm long, this has a small table and 2 chairs available to sit on. The patio gates that lead to the parking are 1m 70cm high and 1m 84cm wide.
You have the ability to use the communal hallway to reach the parking space. There are 2 steps measuring 21cm high leading to the door that opens out to the car park space. The door is 79cm wide.
