The living, kitchen and dining room is one large open plan space, initially greeted by the living room as you walk through the door from the hallway. There are two free standing stylish chairs, next to the chairs a glass topped side table sits that has a lamp, the WiFi and the remote for the electric stove placed on top. A three seater sofa in white, which expands to a comfortable sofa bed, creates the living space. This living area provides a great 'cosy night in' atmosphere, curl up on the sofa, with the brand new Riva Vision electric stove on, watch a DVD on the large flat screen TV and use the fantastic new Canton Sounbar with bluetooth.
This is a brand new state-of-the-art kitchen in beautiful Dove Grey, with fantastic features to make cooking so much easier. There is a large built in fridge freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, DAB radio with Bluetooth speaker, kettle, toaster, microwave, built in oven and bread bin. There is ample work top space for preparing the vegetables, there is a contemporary ceramic hob built into the work top and a luxury double sink.
The dining area is located by the huge bay window in the dining, living and kitchen space. The dining table is a beautiful glass topped table with four blue dining chairs. Appreciate the wonderful views of Dartmouth town whilst enjoying your evening meal.
The master bedroom comprises of a modern double bed with a classic white wooden bed frame, there are two bedside cabinets with three drawers along with a tall chest of drawers to fit those all important holiday essentials in. A wall mounted, white flat screen TV is above the chest of drawers. There is a floor to ceiling built-in wardrobe, the doors are full length mirrors, which are very important especially if you're going out for the evening. The master bedroom comes with an en-suite shower room, with wooden flooring, walk in chrome shower, WC, hand basin, mirror and heated towel rail. Bedroom 2 contains a single bed with an upto-date white bed frame with a white wooden head board, there is a three drawer bedside cabinet with a cute bedside light, perfect for reading a book before drifting off to sleep. Opposite the bed there is a window that overlooks the terrace, plenty of light floods the room, however at night time close the venetian blinds to encase the bedroom in darkness.
The Apartment benefits from an en-suite bathroom in the master bedroom and, off from the hallway, there is also a good sized family bathroom. Leading on from the communal hallway of the building the property has a multi-level terrace, the upper level of the terrace has a lovely outside dining set, perfect for those evenings enjoying the last of the sun. From the terrace there is a particularly lovely view of Kingswear and glimpses of the River Dart.
There is a car park permit available from April - September which entitles you to park in Mayors Avenue car park and other car parks in the South Hams including, Kingsbridge, Salcombe and Totnes.

We had a wonderful week, weather was great so we weere able to walk the coastal paths to Blackpol Sands and Coleton Fishacre (stunning gardens + views along coast). We had a great time in Dartmouth and The Apartment. The weather made it possible to check out the beaches; Blackpool Sands, Hope Cove and South Sands of Salcombe (which the children liked the best). Best Stay Ever!

The first bedroom is accessed off the entrance halfway to the left, the white door is 75 cm wide. It has a wooden floor.
There is a single bed with a white oak bed headboard. There is a chest of drawers which is 108 cm long, one bedside table with bedside lamp which is 62cm high. There is one window and the ceiling has five downlights fitted.
