Description : 3rd floor apartment. This apartment is not suitable for wheelchair users or people with limited mobility who can’t manage stairs. There are no lifts. There are steps within the property to access the kitchen, bathroom and bedrooms.

Description

Overview
Walter's Rest is a beautiful two bedroom  third floor apartment located in the centre of Dartmouth. This holiday home is furnished with everything you need to enjoy your stay in Dartmouth. There are plently of books and DVDs for guests to enjoy and is the perfect place for a family holiday.

Living
The large open plan lounge-kitchen-dining area has a top quality two seater sofa and a dining table with four seats. On the corner, there is a very modern electric fire and a flat screen TV to enjoy and relax.

Kitchen
The open plan kitchen is light and spacious with 1 window overlooking Raleigh Street. The kitchen is well designed and integrated a microwave, fridge/freezer, diswasher and washer dryer. As well, it is full equipped with quality cookware, utensils, pans and solid stainless steel cutlery.

Sleeping
The main bedroom is full of character, there is a white oak king size bed with two bedside tables with lamps. There is a chest of drawers, a wardrobe and a mirror. This room is lit by a window and a ceiling lamp.

The twin bedroom has two 2"6' children's black iron twin beds and a bedside table with lamp. Please note one bed is a full size single suitable for an adult, the second bed is a small single and is only suitable for a child. This room is lit by a window and a ceiling lamp. There is a chest of drawers and a travel cot. 

Shower room
This shower room is very modern with a large shower. As well, it's equipped with a low level wc and washbasin with a large mirror over.

Outside

The property is located within a short distance of the South Embankment and the River Dart. This is a lovely walk down and you can sit and relax whislt taking in the beautiful views ahead.

This property has a refundable Accidental Damage Deposit of £200, which is payable to Blueriver Cottages with the final balance of your holiday, eight weeks prior to your arrival, and is refunded within 5 working days of your departure. Alternatively, you may wish to pay a non-refundable Accidental Damage Deposit Waiver equivalent to 10% of the Accidental Damage Deposit value, which covers you for the full value of the Accidental Damage Deposit, should any damage occur during your stay.

What a fabulous stay!! Location, location, location. Weather was awful but kept dry as the Seahorse is quite literally next door. Great food, comfy bed, highly recommended. J and V

Great location, central to all the amenities. Places to go in Dartmouth that are really great is Rockfish Restaurant, Alf's Cafe is good for breakfast. Ferry to Totnes is brilliant. So many places to recommend! A very successful trip and we will definitely be back.
