Dartmouth is a beautiful picturesque location perfect for a family or friends getaway. There is an abundance of activities available in the town, get involved in the local kayaking club, hire a boat for the day and day trip it to Dittisham enjoy a pub lunch and sail back, catch the Riverboat and Steam Train to Totnes, Paignton or Torquay and much more! Shop to your heart's content in the large array of clothes shops, select some artwork to take home with you to remind you of Dartmouth and take some local food produce with you. Apartment 5 The Pottery is within a 10 minute walk from the town centre making everything very accessible without having to drive and in the opposite direction take a steady stroll to Dartmouth Castle and sit down to watch the world go by in the Castle Tea Rooms. There's so much to enjoy here on your holiday. This apartment enters on ground level with an open plan living, kitchen and dining space, take a few steps up to reach the first bedroom and family bathroom. Walk downstairs to the lower level and you'll find the second bedroom and an ensuite. The property comes with a juliette balcony in the living space and has it's very own car park space. 

Ground Floor

Kitchen/living/dining - Integrated oven, integrated microwave, ceramic induction hob, fridge, freezer, dishwasher. The washing machine is located next to the family bathroom in a cupboard. 32" Flat Screen TV with Freesat HD, DVD. 

Bedroom 1 - Double (4'6") bed, one bedside cabinet, wardrobe. 

Family Bathroom - Bath with shower off mixer taps, w.c., hand basin. 

Lower Ground Floor

Bedroom 2 - King (5') bed, single (3') bed, three bedside cabinets, chest of drawers, tall boy chest of drawers, wardrobe. Ensuite - Thermostatic shower (walk in), w.c., hand basin. 

Parking - 1 Designated car park space, this is a car park space and has no cover therefore, a car to the size of a 4x4 will fit into the space. 


Changeover Day: Saturday - Arrival 3:00pm - Departure 10:00am

Security Deposit: This property has a refundable Accidental Damage Deposit of £200, which is payable to Blueriver Cottages with the final balance of your holiday, eight weeks prior to your arrival, and is refunded within 5 working days of your departure. Alternatively, you may wish to pay a non-refundable Accidental Damage Deposit Waiver equivalent to 10% of the Accidental Damage Deposit value, which covers you for the full value of the Accidental Damage Deposit, should any damage occur during your stay.

Power and Heat: Electricity included in rent. Underfloor heating throughout the property with additional heaters. 

Bedding and Linen: Bed linen and towels are provided, Please bring your own beach towels. 

Baby Equipment: Travel Cot High Chair; other equipment not provided. Please bring your own linen for the travel cot. 

Shop: 0.6 ml Pub: 0.6ml 

Notes - No Smoking. No Pets. WiFi Provided. Mobile phone signal ranges from none to patchy. Stairgates are not provided due to the width of the staircases, and so parties with children should take additional care.

Short Breaks - Short breaks at a minimum of 3 nights are accepted in low and mid season.
