Great property, perfect location
Extremely pleased with our stay here. Very central, no issues with parking using the permit provided. Well appointed apartment. Love Dartmouth, has so much to offer and ideally located to explore both Devon and Cornwall.Karen, Rossendale - 7th May 2016
Beautiful Devon is a winner again!
We have loved the apartment, it's spacious and bright and really really well equipped. All the bedrooms are spacious doubles and the living area even had seats for everyone! Dartmouth is gorgeous and it's great to be in the centre of things. You must try the croissants from over the road they are to die for. All in all awesome!Julie Hampson - 18th April 2015
Very good standard of accommodation, clean & comfortable.
We were very pleased with the service provided by Blue River. Our accommodation was spotlessly clean with nice cotton bedding on all beds - very important! Would definitely stay with Blue River again.Annabel, Tonbridge - 31st October 2014
A lovely comfortable house in a lovely place.
A very comfortable house in a very convenient location. The furniture and fitments in the house are of an excellent standard and everything you would need is provided. Bedlinen and towels were spotless and we were more than happy and comfortable in the Little Clock House. A nice touch was the complimentary wine, fudge and marmalade. Dartmouth is a beautiful location for a short holiday and is extremely picturesque.Julie from South Wales - 5th May 2014
Wet and windy but relaxing!
The Little Clock House was very comfortable and warm - the perfect location in Dartmouth! The upstairs bathroom would benefit from some storage space (shelves/cupboards), and possibly a mirror in the entrance hall. The staff at Blueiver are very friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay there again!Andy & Claire from Aylesbury - 15th February 2014
Fantastic New Year
We had a fantastic week, the house was brilliant, really confortable and ideal for 3 couples, we would all highly recommend it - Thank you all so muchMr & Mrs Smith - 6th January 2014
The property was absolutely first class
We (five adults and a ten week old baby) have just returned from a weekend stay in The Little Clock House, which was fantastic. The duplex was beautifully presented with well thought out arrangement of accommodation and the lighting was exceptional. We were most impressed with everything from the high standard of kitchen utensils and equipment to the cleanliness of the bedrooms and linen to the 'welcome' gift of wine and jam - wonderful!! It was so nice to walk in and actually find loo rolls and dustbin liners in the house and the free soaps were an added bonus! The little details were brilliant (including loads of hangers) and added to the attraction of the property. An A1 property and we loved it and the position of the property in the town was superb. Thank you. We would love to stay there again. The Knights from Dorset - 7th October 2013
