Living Room: Freeview TV, DVD player, chest of drawers, a sofa bed, a large 2-seater sofa, 3 decorative wooden chairs, a free-standing lamp, a foot stall and a rug running through the middle of the room.
Bedroom: Double bed (4’6”), built in wardrobes, 2 bedside tables with lamps, a dressing table and a wall mounted mirror.
Bathroom: A bath with thermostatic shower over, WC, hand basin with draw compartments and a wall mounted mirror.
Garden: Large decked terrace with outdoor furniture, a table and 4 chairs and some decorative plant pots.
Parking: There is an annual parking permit to use in Mayors Avenue car park. (this works on a first come first served basis)
Changeover day: Saturday, Arrival- 4:00pm Departure- 11:00am
Power and Heating: Electricity included in rent, central heating throughout and a heated towel rail in the bathroom.
Bedding and Linen: Bedding and Linen is provided. (please bring your own beach towels)

This property has a refundable Accidental Damage Deposit of £150, which is payable to Blueriver Cottages with the final balance of your holiday, eight weeks prior to your arrival, and is refunded within 5 working days of your departure. Alternatively, you may wish to pay a non-refundable Accidental Damage Deposit Waiver equivalent to 10% of the Accidental Damage Deposit value, which covers you for the full value of the Accidental Damage Deposit, should any damage occur during your stay.

Good sized, comfortable apartment.
The Nest is centrally situated for shops, the river Dart and a Dartmouth's lovely Victoria park. A very enjoyablefew days in Dartmouth. The appartment comfortable and very well equipped. The central position gave easy access to shops and restaurants.
When booking the apartment I found everyone at Blueriver very helpful, all my questions were answered kindly and honestly. Good location, comfortable and spacious apartment.
We enjoyed our stay at The Nest. We were so handy for the town and the parking permit was really useful. Accommodation was at least as good as we had hoped for. And the welcome pack was a lovely surprise. Thank you. We could have done with a few cleaning products such as dishwasher tablets, laundry liquid and something to clean surfaces and bathroom but this is only a minor point. We called at office where staff were friendly and helpful. As regular visitors to Dartmouth we will certainly use Blueriver in the future. Lovely second stay in a very central convenient location
Nicely presented apartment in a very convenient location in central Dartmouth just a few seconds from shops and art centre, and minutes from riverside. The large decked balcony is a huge plus too, just right for relaxing with a drink or cup of tea after a day spent around Dartmouth's many interesting attractions. The only downside for me is the shower over the bath - it's high sided and a bir of a job for me to climb into, though my husband did not find it a problem.Jackie, Walton on Thames, Surrey - 27th June 2015
Comfortable, well equipped, spacious yet homely. Lovely seaside themed decor.
Great to be in the middle of Dartmouth so close to everything. We found it to be peaceful at night (and we are light sleepers). Although 2 other apartments shared the stairwell access we did not hear them. The pretty balcony was good to have for eating outside etc no sea view but as we were only a couple of minutes from the front we did not feel cheated. Kitchen very well equipped although we found that we had most of our meals out in Dartmouth due to the great selection of restaurants and pubs. We thought the discount scheme with local shops and restaurants was a great idea. We loved Dartmouth and we would book with you again.Debbie from Cambridgeshire - 20th September 2014
Ideal for our need
Particularly impressed with helpful response on phone at initial enquiry stage. Ours was a last minute booking but needs were quickly understood and a solution found within minutes. Accomodation was clean, tidy and spacious with all essential sundries ready for use. Balcony/terrace a great additional space for airing sailing kit after all day on the water. Perfect. Lovely little flat, thoughtfully equipped, very well located, with welcome outside decking space.
The Nest is the best-equipped apartment we have visited, with beautiful seaside décor, and lots of space and comfort. So many thoughtful details made the stay very easy and enjoyable. We loved the large, pretty decking outside, ideal for al fresco meals, or just lounging. The flat is well situated just a minute from the river, and close to all the bustle of the shops and restaurants in this delightful little town. The property is accessed from Foss Slip located next to The Flavel Centre and is approached through a communal door up 21 carpeted steps to the first floor and front door into the apartment.
