Gull Cottage is a wonderfully styled semi-detached two bedroom, two bathroom house located on Brown Hill Steps. Browns Hill is a hideaway location in the centre of the historic town of Dartmouth, it is only a few steps away from the local restaurants, cafes and eclectic mix of independent shops. Gull Cottage is a 19th Century build which has recently been refurbished to a high standard, the owners have created a fantastic base for your holiday, a perfect couples romantic retreat. The ground floor is open plan with the kitchen, living and dining in one room. There is a well equipped modern kitchen with a large breakfast bar which can seat four people. The kitchen area also leads to the rear courtyard, outside seating is provided and is perfect for alfresco breakfasts in the Sun. In the living area there are two two-seater sofas facing towards the Smart TV, great for some down time in the evening watching a good film. On the first floor you will find the master bedroom with a ensuite shower room and the additional family bathroom. On the second floor there is a twin room with two 3' beds, suitable for both adults and children over 2 years. 

Gull Cottage offers the best of both worlds. In a great location in the centre of the town and close to all of the amenities and is well laid out to accommodate a couples retreat or a family getaway.

Garden There is an enclosed courtyard to the rear of the property which can only be accessed via the rear door in the kitchen area. Seating is provided. Guests can bring their own disposable barbeque (Please be aware guests are to dispose of their own barbeques). 

Parking Annual season ticket for Mayors Avenue Car Park (unreserved). Please note: during Regatta week/s the Town Car Park is closed but the parking permit is valid in the Park & Ride on the outskirts of the town.

Security Deposit: This property has a refundable Accidental Damage Deposit of £200, which is payable to Blueriver Cottages with the final balance of your holiday, eight weeks prior to your arrival, and is refunded within 5 working days of your departure. Alternatively, you may wish to pay a non-refundable Accidental Damage Deposit Waiver equivalent to 10% of the Accidental Damage Deposit value, which covers you for the full value of the Accidental Damage Deposit, should any damage occur during your stay.
