This wonderful two bedroom, two bathroom, sea view 3rd floor apartment has a private parking space and the added convenience of an elevator! 

Living Room/Area
The living room features glass full length doors which open onto a very small, narrow balcony with fantastic sea views over Dawlish Beach. The room is spacious, airy and decorated with prints of local artwork. There are sofas seating 4 guests comfortably. Entertainment is provided by a TV with DVD player.

A fully fitted modern stylish kitchen with integrated appliances including a dishwasher, washer/dryer, fridge, freezer, microwave, electric oven and gas hob

Dining Room/Area
The dining area with sea views, is between the open plan living room and kitchen with an oval table and four chairs.

Master Bedroom
The master ensuite bedroom is at the rear of the property and is very spacious
Furnished with a king size bed, glass mirrored wardrobes & matching bedroom furniture and a TV.

Situated at the rear of the property and furnished with a king bed, bedside tables & a wardrobe.

Family Bathroom
The main bathroom has a white suite consisting of a bath with shower attachment on the taps, WC and wash basin with mirror, shelf and shaver point, as well as a towel rail.

En suite shower room to master bedroom consists of a shower cubicle, WC and wash basin with mirror.

Outside, there are Intercom facilities to let guests in through the main entrance and lift access to the 3rd floor.

Great Cliff apartments are a one minute level walk from the town centre along the sea front, separated only from the beach and sea by Brunel's historic Great Western Railway, which runs along the coastline. A secluded beach lies just across the railway bridge to the east. To the west are wide, sweeping views across the bay to Exmouth. With such a central location, this is the perfect apartment for anyone who wants a beach holiday in a picturesque setting.

Security deposit: This property has a refundable Accidental Damage Deposit of £200, which is payable to Blueriver Cottages with the final balance of your holiday, eight weeks prior to your arrival, and is refunded within 5 working days of your departure. Alternatively, you may wish to pay a non-refundable Accidental Damage Deposit Waiver equivalent to 10% of the Accidental Damage Deposit value, which covers you for the full value of the Accidental Damage Deposit, should any damage occur during your stay.

Great apartment easy access and a great view. Could not ask for better! Dawlish is a great place to explore Devon & Cornwall by train. (Car was not used for the whole time).

The apartment was spacious, modern and clean. The owners had thought of everything that one might need during their stay. The quality of the towels and bedding were excellent too. The view from the lounge was amazing and the smell of sea air was great to wake up to a great apartment to have some well earned R&R. The town and locals were friendly, and the Smugglers Inn was a great place to eat and reasonably priced; it’s popular so making reservation in advance is a good idea. Crazy golf 5 mins from the apartment is good for some family fun and the Black Swans are amazing we were fortunate to see their cygnets. We did have reason to visit the local doctors surgery and all were extremely friendly and helpful we even got to see the doctor within a few hours. All in all Dawlish is a lovely little seaside town with nice friendly local people, nice walks and plenty of things to entertain you. Will definitely consider a return trip.
