Hollytree Cottage is a charming three-bedroomed terraced house in the heart of the village of Frogmore. Comfortably furnished the property is located along the main coastal road leading through Frogmore Village.
This pretty Devon village is ideally located to explore and enjoy various parts of the South Hams. Just a five minute drive away you can visit the waterside town of Kingsbridge with many shops, pubs and restaurants. In the opposite direction the Historic town of Dartmouth can be found along one of the most breath-taking coastal routes passing the Slapton Ley National Nature Reserve and an abundance of golden sandy coves and beaches.
Within walking distance to the property and along the scenic route past the estuary the village benefits from an excellent pub and restaurant. The village is also renowned for its Frogmore Bakery which sells delicious breads and pastries. Again within walking distance to the property and perfect for breakfast and stocking up on treats for picnics.
Hollytree Cottage has a fully equipped Kitchen on the ground floor with a back door leading to a courtyard. The kitchen contains a full-size electric cooker, fridge-freezer, automatic washing machine, microwave cooker and a good range of crockery and cutlery.
The living room is a very cosy space containing two sofas, Freeview TV and a DVD player. In the colder months the property also contains an open coal fire and is perfect for relaxing and warming up by of an evening.
The cottage benefits from open plan living/dining space. The dining space is conveniently located towards the back of this room and contains a dining table and 6 chairs which is tastefully decorated.
The master bedroom is a comfortable size and contains a double bed with beautiful countryside views. Bedroom 2 is located towards the back of the property. This rooms has rural views towards the fields and contains two single beds. Bedroom 3 contains a single bed and is next door to the master bedroom again this room has countryside views. This bedroom is a cozy size as well as being ideal for a child.
The family bathroom is located at the top of the stairs and is central for the three bedrooms. This family bathroom contains a bath with an electric shower, WC, wash basin and a heated towel rail.
Hollytree Cottage has a front paved patio area and an enclosed rear courtyard/patio. The front patio is neatly paved and contains a beautiful Hollytree naming the property. The rear courtyard leads into the Kitchen and is the ideal spot for BBQ'S and storing any beach equipment.
There is a parking space for Hollytree Cottage outside the property and there is also plenty of space in the lane at the front of the property.
