5 The Coombe is a cosy, family friendly property based in the beautiful village of Galmpton. The property is well situated within the village, it comes with parking for one car, less than a five minute walk to the local village shop and Inn and less than a fithteen minute drive to seaside town of Torquay where you can shop until you drop. 5 The Coombe is a well equipped property with outside space, three bedrooms that sleep five people, a family bathroom and accepts up to two pets. From each room enjoy a mixture of countryside and village views. 

Ground Floor

Kitchen Electric oven, electric hob, refridgerator, microwave, washer/dryer.

Lounge/Dining room Wall mounted TV with Sky (basic package), DVD player, Radio/CD player.

First Floor

Bedroom 1 Double Bed (4'6"), built in wardrobe, bedside cabinets.

Bedroom 2 Twin Beds (3'), wardrobe and a bedside cabinet. 

Bedroom 3 Single Bed (2'6"), chest of drawers. 

Family Bathroom Walk in shower, hand basin, w.c.

Garden There is an enclosed two-tiered patio and garden space towards the rear of the property that can be accessed via the living/dining room. 

Parking 1 car park space is available, this is located at the front of the property next to the patio. 

 

Changeover Day: Friday

Security Deposit: £150 Refundable or Damage Waiver: At the checkout you can choose to pay the £5 per person Good housekeeping deposit waiver instead

Pets Welcome: Maximum of 2: £25 per pet per week

Power and Heat: Gas central heating and electricity included in rent. 

Bedding and Linen: Bed linen and towels are provided (please bring your own beach towels).
