The dining space is open plan with the living space, it is located closer to the kitchen allowing easy access for carrying hot plates. The dining space is tucked into its own private space and contains a wooden dining table with six chairs evenly placed.
The light, airy and spacious living space is located towards the front of the property with spectacular views from the large bay windows out to sea and across to Burgh Island. For the colder winter months the property benefits from an open fire place which is located next to the TV making it the perfect place to relax in after a busy day. There are plenty of seating arrangements in the living space ranging from sofas and chairs to accommodate all of your party. This is the perfect sanctuary for waking up to in the morning and opening the curtains allowing the sunshine to beam in through the windows. The master bedroom is located to the left of the staircase and contains a double bed, built in storage and benefitting from an en-suite shower room. Bedroom two is located next door to the master, this rooms contains two single beds and a cot in the far end corner. Again this room has plenty of built in storage and is very light and spacious. The third bedroom again contains two single beds. In the corner there is a free standing fabric wardrobe supplying plenty of storage for this room.
Oriana contains a family bathroom upstairs accommodating bedroom two and three, the bathroom contains a bath with electric shower and curtain, WC, wash basin and heated towel rail. The master Bedroom has an en-suite including a walk in shower, WC, wash basin and heated towel rail. On the first level of the property located next door to the utility space and the back door is an additional cloakroom.
Oriana has a front paved patio area which follows around the property. This area gets the afternoon and evening sun and is the perfect BBQ spot and sun trap. With the views of the sea and countryside this is a blissful location for a spot of sunbathing.
Oriana has enough parking space for 3 cars once the entry gates have been opened. There is space for one car at the top of the driveway and another car can fit neatly behind. There is also a small garage for extra storage and a small car.
This property has a refundable Accidental Damage Deposit of £250, which is payable to Blueriver Cottages with the final balance of your holiday, eight weeks prior to your arrival, and is refunded within 5 working days of your departure. Alternatively, you may wish to pay a non-refundable Accidental Damage Deposit Waiver equivalent to 10% of the Accidental Damage Deposit value, which covers you for the full value of the Accidental Damage Deposit, should any damage occur during your stay.
