Located on the further end of the property is the bedroom decorated in a pleasant neutral tone complimenting the rest of the property. There is 5ft king size bed and large built in wardrobe space as well as wooden chest of drawers matching the rest of the furniture and creating plenty of storage for your belongings.

I could not have been happier with the Montagu Mews apartment. It is fitted out to a very high standard, is superbly equipped and is a little larger than it appears in the photographs. It is very well located - being both quiet yet still within easy walking distance of the center of Kingsbridge. 2 Montagu Mews is a chalet property is located in the market town of Kingsbridge on a complex of other chalets.
From the allocated parking space just drive into the complex and take the left corner heading to the mews development and there is a designated parking space labelled M2.
The main door has a wooden floor and a step which is 8cm high. From this entrance you can access the bedroom, bathroom and the kitchen/dining/living area. This entrance is lit by one ceiling lamp.
The doorway is 84cm wide. It has a wooden floor. There is a hob, oven, washing machine and a fridge/freezer.
On the ceiling, there is a clothes line and 6 downlighters.
The dining/living area has a carpeted floor. There is a two seater fabric sofa with a coffee table which is 40cm high. It has a TV stand with a flat TV screen which is 90cm to floor and 192cm to top. On the corner, there is a coffee table which is 56cm high. There is a dining table with 3 chairs and two stools, this table is 104cm x 74cm wide.

The doorway is 83 wide, it has carpeted floor. There is a 5ft king size bed with a wooden headboard. There are two beside tables 55cm high, one of them with a bedside lamp.
There is a chest of drawers which is 88cm high with a mirror on top. It has a wardrobe 240cm long. This bedroom is lit by 1 ceiling lamp and 2 windows. It has a radiator.
