This is perfect for all the family or a quiet romantic break enjoying the peaceful atmosphere of the village. Waterhead View can sleep up to 5 people and accepts pets, the kitchen, living and dining space is to the front of the property and the bedrooms and bathrooms are located towards the back, there are steps from the roadside to the property however, once you're there enjoy a property that is all of one level. Waterhead View is within meters of the local bus stop and a 5 minute walk from the local pub and restaurant.

Parking is provided with this property in the Dart Haven Marina Car Park. Please provide your vehicle registration details when booking.

Security Deposit This property has a refundable Accidental Damage Deposit of £200, which is payable to Blueriver Cottages with the final balance of your holiday, eight weeks prior to your arrival, and is refunded within 5 working days of your departure. Alternatively, you may wish to pay a non-refundable Accidental Damage Deposit Waiver equivalent to 10% of the Accidental Damage Deposit value, which covers you for the full value of the Accidental Damage Deposit, should any damage occur during your stay.
Pets Welcome Maximum of 2 small pets, £25 per pet per week.
Power and Heat Electricity is included in the rental. Electric heated towel rails in both bathrooms. Underfloor heating in the kitchen and lounge.
Bedding and Linen Bed linen and towels are provided (please bring your own beach towels).

Waterhead View was a superb holiday home where we felt very comfortable. The view across the creek is fabulous. This property is of an outstanding level of quality and decorated and furnished in exemplary taste. The Kingswear/Dartmouth area is beautiful and our trips on the train and the river made for a relaxing time in just the most beautiful part of the world. One of the best properties we've stayed in. But the information file could be more comprehensive - ie. have more information on how TV works etc. We had to call agency to get someone to sort it when if the instructions were better we could have done easily by ourselves! The furnishing and decor second to none also the kitchen equipment. The only small gripe - would have been good to have had a broom to sweep wood floor - dustpan and brush provided but area too large to use on its own! Also surprised that pets allowed as the soft furnishings were obviously new and of high quality - not sure how they will wear after dogs staying there. Mrs M Sore - 22nd July 2018
