This kitchen area is extremely spacious allowing room for several members of the family to cook that all important evening meal, ready to enjoy the sunset on the private terrace.
The dining area is situated between the kitchen and the living area. Comfortable dining for 6 people at the large dining table with matching chairs. This room is the perfect sociable space for friends and family, the views especially will be a conversation starter.
The Master Bedroom features a modern white en-suite shower room with slate flooring and double patio doors leading to the terrace area. A Super-king size bed, double wardrobe, chest of drawers and towards the end of a busy day sit back and relax reading a book on the occasional chair, the view providing the most beautiful backdrop. Bedroom 2 is a spacious room with twin beds, a built-in wardrobe and a door that leads out to a small courtyard.
The family bathroom has been designed to a high standard with a large corner bath, electric shower with glass over the bath, wash basin, WC and a heated towel rail. The second bathroom is the en-suite to the master bedroom and features a shower, wash basin and a WC.

Very comfortable with amazing views
The apartment is very comfortable, clean and well equipped. The huge balcony a real bonus. The view is amazing. Only negatives - the freezer is really loud and if the weather was bad and you were stuck inside trying to watch TV it would be a problem. Sally from Woking - 29th June 2015

Lovely views , and nice walks around Kingswear
Modern apartment with large balcony and lovely views across to Dartmouth , the main bedroom has a large comfortable bed with plenty of storage, I had to use a sleeping mask as far too much light coming through from early morning, due to the gaps around the curtains . The second bedroom is nicely furnished , however 2 small single beds and a grim view of a wall, damp at the back is apparent , the kitchen is well supplied and secure parking was a plus an easy walk down hill to the ferry Across to Dartmouth ,although a gentle climb back up the hill . We felt the apartment was value for money , but attention to cleaning needs to be done, we found the back of the sink in the on suite very grubby and quite off putting, along with the remains of a very used piece of a soap bar left out was definitely no star. On a plus the welcoming gifts was a delight , I would return to this apartment and recommend once they get the central heating fixed we did report this during our stay, and moving an electric heater from one room to another was uncomfortable . Fabulous stay at a real great apartment
This is our second stay at 1 Inglewood Apartments and once again we have had a fabulous time. The accommodation is superb, the views stunning from the balcony and we couldn't have enjoyed ourselves more. A great few days relaxing, walking and sampling the local hostelries. Inglewood Apartments is situated along Lower Contour Road in the small village of Kingswear, only a 15-20 minute journey across to Dartmouth via the ferries. The apartment is accessed up 20 external steps which are 18cm high with a hand rail to the right and one outside light, the width of this entry is 1.03m. Up to the front door is a 20cm step onto a carpeted communal hallway.
Once in this entryway, there is a door to the left and then Inglewood Apartments is positioned 6 metres from the door to the end of this corridor. There are 3 lights through this hallway and a constant fire exit light, the hallway is 1 metre wide and is carpeted throughout.
Inside the apartment you will enter into the hallway where there are 3 recessed spotlights, 1 radiator and access to all of the rooms.
Around to the left of the hallway is the master bedroom with a doorway of 70cm and step free access onto carpeted flooring, there are 3 recessed spotlights. The room consists of a standard super-king size bed which measures 58cm from floor to the top of the mattress with a fabric headboard.
To either side of the bed there is a side cabinet which is 55cm in height and both have a small lamp each. To the far right side of the bed against the back wall is a chest of drawers which measures 1m in height and to the right of this there is a double wardrobe which includes hanging and shelving space. The furniture is all freestanding moveable oak furniture.
To the other side of the wardrobe is a low coffee table which is 51cm in height with a flat screen TV on top. To the opposite wall there is a chair which is 41cm floor to seat and has an arm rest height of 48cm, behind this is a wall mounted radiator and door to the ensuite bathroom.
The doorway to the ensuite is 71cm wide, there is step free access onto tiled flooring and the room has 3 recessed spotlights.
To the left wall there is a ladder style towel rail and the toilet which measures 40cm from the floor to the lip of the seat. The sink is opposite the doorway and is 83cm from the floor to the lip of the sink, it has a mirror placed above.
To the right of the room there is a corner shower with 2 sliding glass doors, it has a 26cm step up into the shower. The shower is electric and measures 83cm x 82cm.
The doorway to bedroom 2 is around to the right from the front door, it measures 69cm in width.
The room holds two standard single beds which are 57cm from floor to the top of the mattress and both have fabric headboards. There is 1 side table placed between the beds with a height of 55cm and this has a lamp on top.
To the left of the room is a double built in wardrobe with shelving, hanging and a small chest of drawers. Opposite the beds is one wall mounted radiator and there are 3 recessed spotlights.
To the far end of the room, opposite the entry door is access to a very small outside area through a single patio door with a 25cm step down, the outside area measures 1.16m in width and 2.09m in length and there is one external light.
The bathroom is next to bedroom 2 at the end of the hallway, there is step free access onto tiled flooring, the doorway is 68cm, it has 4 spotlights and a wall mounted towel rail. The toilet is positioned opposite the doorway and measures 40cm from floor to the seat, there is a basin on a pedestal to the right which is 82cm from the floor to the lip of the sink.
A corner bath is positioned to the left of the room, it has a hinged glass shower screen with an electric shower placed over the top. The bath measures 79cm in width by 1.23m in length.
Living/Dining and Kitchen
The doorway off the hallway measures 78cm in width, there is step free access onto carpeted flooring, this area has 6 spotlights. The room holds one 4 seater sofa which is 42cm from floor to seat cushion and 61cm to the arm rest, it is leather upholstery. There are also 2 identical chairs, 41cm from floor to seat and 47cm up to the arm rest, there is one foot pedestal which is 36cm high. To the left of the sofa is a freestanding tall lamp. The coffee table in the centre of the room is 45cm high, there is a console table in the corner of the room which measures the same height and has a flat screen TV and side lamp on top. There is a wall mounted radiator located to the left of the console table and also to the right of the sofa plus a freestanding electric heater.
The dining table is positioned between the living area and the kitchen, there are 4 spotlights above this area. The table measures 63cm from the floor to the underside and then 76cm to the top of the table and there are 6 armless upholstered chairs which are 45cm from floor to seat. Opposite this table is 1 shelved bookcase.
The kitchen has an access point between the counter tops which is 64cm wide and there is step free access onto tiled flooring plus 6 spotlights and a window to the left. It has modern fitted units underneath the work surface and five wall mounted cupboards on the back wall. The kitchen has integrated oven and hob, a standard dishwasher and a washer/dryer. There is a separate fridge and freezer under the work surface.
There is access to the patio balcony from the master bedroom and the living area, access via the bedroom is through double patio doors with a width of 1.25m, there is step which measures 23cm and the access through the living area has the same measurements. Once out onto the balcony, this is a private patio with 2 external lights and a table with 4 chairs for seating. There is another access point just off the dining area which is a single door measuring 69cm in width and this has a step of 26cm onto a platform with another step down of 15cm to reach the patio, this then wraps around the property and will come out onto the private balcony, there is 1 external light next to this door.
When leaving Inglewood Apartment from the front door there are steps to the right of the door which lead to the parking area. There are 17 carpeted steps down with a handrail on the right, a left turn and then a sloped pathway of 7m with a hand rail again. There are two further doors to go through almost immediately one after the other, both measuring 61cm in width and this brings you to the private garage for the apartments. This area is all step free and varies from carpeted, to tiled and then cement. The garage is well lit with strip lighting and there are controls for the automatic garage door where cars can drive in over a ramp from the main road to the designated space.
