On the outskirts of the main village in Kingswear is Waterhead Close where 11a Waterhead Close is located. This is a spacious ground floor apartment offering a short walk into the centre of Kingswear village and is on a bus route providing easy and stress free ways of travelling around Devon. Dartmouth is a short distance away, walk into the village and catch the Passenger Ferry to Dartmouth to enjoy the eclectic mix of independent stores, restaurants and galleries. A bus journey up the road from the apartment is the town of Brixham, famous for its fish or if you fancy staying close to home then have a lovely stroll into the village and stop off for lunch or an evening meal at The Steam Packet or Moor at 13. Yummy! Kingswear itself is a beautiful village with lovely views across the River Dart, the famous Steam Railway starts and finishes in this village and has great walks suitable for you and your pets.
11a Waterhead is a one bed, spacious ground floor apartment offering private parking and outside space for guests to enjoy during their holiday. Enter the property, leave your coats hanging in the hallway and sink straight into the large two-seater sofa, set yourself up for a cosy night in with the Smart TV and Electric Fire. To the rear of the property is the well equipped kitchen leading to the airy conservatory with a dining room table and chairs which can seat up to four people. To the side of the apartment is the bathroom with step up thermostatic shower cubicle, leading to the double bedroom with ample storage space and into the additional room suitable for the travel cot if you are bringing a newborn with you.

Security Deposit: This property has a refundable Accidental Damage Deposit of £150, which is payable to Blueriver Cottages with the final balance of your holiday, eight weeks prior to your arrival, and is refunded within 5 working days of your departure. Alternatively, you may wish to pay a non-refundable Accidental Damage Deposit Waiver equivalent to 10% of the Accidental Damage Deposit value, which covers you for the full value of the Accidental Damage Deposit, should any damage occur during your stay.

We had a really great week at Waterhead Close it’s within easy walking distance of the pubs and restaurants in Kingswear also the lower ferry to Dartmouth The walks on the coast path are within easy reach as well as several National Trust properties
