Moorvista is a beautiful Architect Designed new build house situated in an elevated position in Modbury overlooking the village and lush green countryside. This property offers a great luxury feel to your holiday, it offers a games room with pool table and table tennis, swimming pool, garage parking for two cars, woodburner in the lounge and sleeps up to eight people. A great place for family or friends to have the best kind of holiday! Modbury is a lovely village located between Salcombe and Plymouth, this village has lots of offer guests throughout the year with a great sense of community. This village is full of independent shops, pubs and cafes boasting the use of local produce. Why not get involved in Modbury May Fair whilst you are here? Or enjoy the heritage trail walks day or night! This village really has earnt the title of an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. Just outside the village are some local beaches, Wonwell, Bantham, Thurlestone or Bigbury-On-Sea, these are only a short driving distance away.

Garage and Parking The garage is large enough for two vehicles, 2 ordinary vehicles will fit although, access is restricted for low clearance on the left hand side of the garage. cars Wood for the wood burner and cushions for the outside seating is located in the garage. 

Changeover Day: Friday - Arrival  4:00pm   - Departure  9:30am

Power and Heat: Underfloor heating throughout the family bathroom, kitchen/living/diner area on the ground floor. Gas and Electricity included in the rent. Woodburner in the lounge (Wood Provided). Central heating throughout the property, The house is powered by an air circulation system with heat exchanger. 

Bedding and Linen: Bed linen and towels are provided. (Please bring your own beach towels.) 

Baby Equipment: Travel Cot, High Chair are provided. (Please bring your own bedding for the travel cot) Other baby equipment such as such stair gates are not provided. 

Shop: 0.1 ml (1 minute walk) to Co-Op in Modbury Village Pub: 0.1 (1 minute walk) White Hart Inn. 

Notes - Please be aware the swimming pool is only available in the months of May - September, the pool is cleaned every Friday, please do not be alarmed if you see the Pool Maintenance Man during your stay. Please be aware the property only allows a maximum of 8 people, this includes infants in travel cots. No Pets. No Smoking. Please do not leave children unattended by the pool in the garden. WiFi Provided. 

Security deposit: This property has a refundable Accidental Damage Deposit which is payable to Blueriver Cottages with the final balance of your holiday, eight weeks prior to your arrival, and is refunded within 5 working days of your departure.

What a beautiful base for a family holiday. The house boasts such wonderful facilities that on some days we didn't want to venture out and instead enjoyed swimming, BBQ's and of course the games room. Modbury is a lovely village offering gorgeous cake shops, a fabulous butchers and an array of other delightful shops. The traditional play park on back street was an enjoyable find and all the locals are very friendly. Our days out to Bigbury and Salcombe were enjoyed by all. The glorious sandy beaches, the delicious ice-creams and the fish and chips all being highlights. Many thanks from eight very content but tired holidaymakers.
