Kingsway is a large 2-bedroom bungalow situated in a very quiet cul de sac in a residential area of Paignton. The bungalow benefits from a very large sunny rear garden as well as a patio area for relaxation and al fresco dining. The accommodation is very comfortably furnished and will suit a couple or a family looking for a quiet holiday home. A large major supermarket is a short drive away as are all the amenities of this popular seaside resort including fabulous child-friendly beaches, a traditional pier with amusements, a multi-screen cinema, shops, and eateries. The rolling South Devon countryside is also easily reached from Kingsway as is the historic naval and yachting base of Dartmouth and the ancient market town of Totnes.
Kingsway benefits from a large fitted kitchen with a gas cooker plus aga cooker, microwave, fridge and washing machine. From the kitchen, you can also access the conservatory where you will find access to a utility area which contains a dryer and a freezer.
The living and dining space is a comfortable area for you to retire with your friends and family. The area contains a Freeview TV with VCR & DVD player. To the other side of the room is a dining suite for you to enjoy many family meals during your stay.
The property has 2 spacious bedrooms. Bedroom 1 contains 1 king-size bed and has plenty of built in storage for all of your holiday belongings. Bedroom 2 contains 2 twin beds and is decorated with a pretty floral theme. Both bedrooms contain their own TV'S. The property can sleep up to 6 as in the conservatory you can find a sofa bed.
There is a well-equipped bathroom containing a low level easier access bath with shower over and handrail, wash basin and WC. There is also a separate cloakroom.
Located just off from the kitchen is a conservatory this contains a sofa bed as well as a flat screen TV. This room is a great for teenagers or acts as a snug where you can enjoy a glass of wine in peace.
Kingsway has a beautifully presented large level rear garden with a furnished patio area which is great for those evening BBQ's.
Private off road parking is provided.
Security Deposit: This property has a refundable Accidental Damage Deposit of £250, which is payable to Blueriver Cottages with the final balance of your holiday, eight weeks prior to your arrival, and is refunded within 5 working days of your departure. Alternatively, you may wish to pay a non-refundable Accidental Damage Deposit Waiver equivalent to 10% of the Accidental Damage Deposit value, which covers you for the full value of the Accidental Damage Deposit, should any damage occur during your stay.
This was our 4th stay at Kingsway and it didn’t fail to meet our expectations. So nice to know that your accommodation will be clean and comfortable and Chris and Rachel are very helpful and accommodating.
A lovely homely bungalow in a quiet location. Lovely welcoming biscuits/drinks on arrival by owners. They provided lots of sugar, kitchen towel, hand soap etc when other owners dont always provide these. A lovely garden for the boys and dogs and friendly neighbours.
Have stated here at least Seven times it is perfect in all respects- sparklingly clean and everything you need is there. Mr and Mrs Proctor are so helpful brilliant in every way. Can’t speak too highly of the property and the owners. Looking to go again at end of year.
