Excellent service from Holiday Homes & Cottages. I recommend Primley and would book it again - it is clean, tidy and in an ideal location.Mrs P --Wellington - 5th November 2016
We arrived at the bungalow and found easy secured parking.on entry found a comfortable well eqipped property with all the comforts of home.We relaxed immediately. The views were lovely of the ocean and Torquay. Cant say enough about the property. It could not be imroved upon. The neighbours were very welcoming and friendly and even the owner of the property came to see us too ask if everthing was ok. Cant recommend highly enough. Will definately visit in the future God willing.A previous customer - 29th September 2016
Excellent service from Holiday Homes & Cottages - wonderfully easy and friendly. I recommend Primley Park it was very comfortable & cosy and had everything.Mr G - Ashtead - 24th September 2016
We had a wonderful week at Primley Park. A great holiday bungalow and the owners are extremely friendly and helpful. Just be aware the bungalow is at the top of a very steep hill. The sea views are lovely, great to sit on the sofa and stare at the sea.A previous customer - 24th August 2016
Very clean with all the extras!Mrs W - Chesterfield - 25th June 2016
I stayed here for 8 nights, and while I was pleased when I first arrived; the bungalow seemed retro and quirky, and the scones were a lovely touch, I soon realised how dirty the accommodation was. My 1yr old dropped his food on the kitchen floor, I wiped it up and was disgusted to see the wet wipe come away black. I found a shard of broken plastic on the landing floor by the mirror. The garage, where the freezer is and the route to the garden, was filthy, the top of the freezer covered in dirt. The door handles through the porch to the kitchen were grubby. The grill in the oven doesn't work. The beds were rock hard and very noisy and had a damp smell to them, covered up by some strong fragrance, such as febreez. There is no bath/shower mat (pretty important for toddlers in the bath or most people in the shower). At a guess, this bungalow was owned by an elderly couple. When they passed away their son decided to rent it out. And changed or updated very little. Most kitchen bits are cheap (bin, dish drainer, kettle etc), which could easily be replaced by something with more quality. Having said this, the bathroom is nice, and the accommodation is a good size. I'm certain there are far worse places to stay, but I think there is no excuse not to have the place professionally cleaned (or just thoroughly cleaned, properly!) after each let.A previous customer - 8th October 2015
On arrival it was apparent that the rooms had not been aired. Other points to note : 1. The property requires some tlc 2.the garden was unkept and untidy 3. To much clutter and old furniture 4. No internet 5 no washing machine no cloths pegs 6. The curtain in the main bedroom is to thin to keep out the street light I cloud go on with a few more points but I'm sure you get my point.A previous customer - 16th September 2015
This is our third time staying over three years just as good this time as the first year we stayed, cream tea was a nice touch again home from home with everything needed except for washing machine, already prov booked for next year only thing missing was the weather, here's hoping for next year.A previous customer - 25th August 2015
The house was spotlessly clean with lovely freshly laundered sheets. We appreciated the scones etc left out by the owners for when we arrived. We enjoyed reading the books and playing with the puzzles. The house was spacious enough for us but we were worried about our 2yr accidentally breaking things; we cleared any ornaments/trinkets out of reach for the duration. We thought the modern bathroom was lovely. We walked into town a few times and enjoyed the exercise!A previous customer - 18th August 2015
Very clean and everything you could want provided.Situated on a very steep hill, so probably not ideal for elderly people. Would certainly recommend this bungalow.Cream tea much appreciated.A previous customer - 21st July 2015
We arrived late on Saturday due to traffic delays the cream tea provided was very much appreciated. The Bungalow was very clean and well appointed, would have benefited from a Washing machine/Dryer however okay for a 1 week stay but a bit of a problem if you are staying more than a week Everything Okay apart from the beds the main bedroom has a double bed with a very firm mattress, the second bedroom has a double bed but the mattress is very lumpy and you can feel the springs - this was commented on in the Visitor's book last November 2014, but has obviously not been acted on. The beds spoiled what would have been a great holiday,A previous customer - 11th July 2015
This was as described, clean, comfortable, gorgeous views and everything we needed, took my 84 year old mother and was suitable for her. Would recommend anyone to go here and will definitely be going again myself. Thank you thouroughly enjoyed our stay so therefore had a lovely holidayA previous customer - 14th June 2015
Excellent servce from Holiday Homes & Cottages. Primley Park was Excellent - we would book it again and recommend it.Miss T - Shrewsbury - 4th June 2015
Left P/Park without signing visitors book only due to having no pen and couldn't find a pen at property but would definitely stay again. Great location, fairly close to beach/ town.A previous customer - 4th April 2015
We had a lovely stay at Primley park and would love to stay again, it was immaculate and very homely and it was a lovely surprise to find milk and a Devon cream tea in the fridge, very thoughtful.A previous customer - 9th October 2014
My late wife and I have stayed at Primley Park approximately 10 times over the past 20 years, including by myself for the past two years. As well as having always provided very well presented, maintained and comfortable accommodation in a quiet residential area it is ideally placed from which to visit the many attractions in both the immediate and wider area either by car or by train from Paignton (mainline and steam railways). It is about a 10-15 minute walk down into the town although be aware it is a fairly steep climb if walking back up but it is its elevated position that provides the panaromic view from the rear of the property of Paignton and easterly towards Torquay. In the early years Primley Park was the third property we rented in Paignton but ever since have never wished to stayed anywhere else. Being in a residential area the neighbours are friendly and Primley Park's owners check to ensure there are no problems with the accommodation. Recommended to me by the owners for my stay in 2014, there is an excellent, full size 18 hole golf course at Churston (between Paignton and Brixham) with fantastic panaromic views across Torbay.A previous customer - 13th September 2014
We had a really good stay the facilities were really good only thing missing according to my two sons was that there is no wifi in the property but this won't stop us from staying again even if you had to pay a small fee for using it extra to the cost of the bungalow, the bungalow was like home from home just a pity the weather wasn't with us this year from talking to people i think we had the wettest week, the only other thing missing is a washing machine which meant that the whole week no washing for me not that it was a bad thing but a lot to do when we got back, other than that which is just picky really the bungalow is great, don't go telling everyone as we will find it booked when we want to go! The accomodation was very clean and comfortable. It was ideally located as close enough to the town and pier although it was located a top of a rather long steep hill (good exercise especially for the calves). Nice touch with cram tea on arrival an kit las for the kids. Would recommend to family and friends..A previous customer - 26th August 2014
Lovely clean smell upon entering. Accommodation exceeded expectation. Very well equipped, clean and very pleasant. Welcoming cream tea which was much appreciated after gruelling journey. Owner and neighbour very friendly.A previous customer - 19th August 2014
66 primley park was a very comfortable bungolow it was very clean and well equipped for all our needs tha only two drawbacks we had was we couldn't get car in drive way because it wasn't wide enough the brick pillars need to be taken out and the other is we stayed in same bungolows in 2005 and lovely views of the sea but we couldn't see much this time for huge great bush in way.we also ha d issues with number 68s cat who had been left to fend for it self for six wks the cat was starving and very I'll we fed it up until Friday but it became so distressed because it was struggling to breathe so I called the RSPCA and they took it away the owners were not back for another two wks and I couldn't just not do anything I hav'nt heard anything from the RSPCA but they promised me they would let me know.i informed the owners of number 66 what I had doneA previous customer - 22nd July 2014
