Orestone View is a third floor apartment that leads from the ground level entrance to the apartment building, this apartment is all on one level and is suitable for friends and family. The property is located in Goodrington in Paignton, this location benefits from close proximity to all amenities such as local shops, restaurants and takeaway options all within less than a 10 minute walk from the apartment. Venture slightly further and you'll reach the beautiful Goodrington Sands, spend the day diving into the sea or building sandcastles on this sandy beach. Orestone View is also in easy commuting distance to other towns in South Devon, Torquay and Brixham being the two towns closest to this property. This apartment is appropriately named after one of the rocks based in the sea that can be seen from the apartment, the sea views are spectacular! Orestone has an open plan kitchen/diner/lounge with bi-folding doors opening to a juliette balcony and the beautiful sea views, towards the rear of the property you'll find both bedrooms which also benefit from sea glimpses and a family bathroom. 

Kitchen/Diner/Lounge Electric oven, electric hob, fridge, freezer, washer/dryer, microwave. 40" Smart TV with Freeview, Netflix (Guests are welcome to sign into their own Netflix Accounts, please sign back out on the day of departure), Radio available through the TV. 

Master Bedroom King (5') size bed, chest of drawers, TV (32") with Freeview, dresser, bedside cabinets, wardrobe. 

Bedroom 2 Twin bed (2'6" - may be zipped and linked to form a 5' King bed, if you'd like the beds zipped together please inform us when booking), built in wardrobe, wall mounted 32" TV, chest of drawers and bedside cabinet. 

Family Bathroom Bath, separate walk in shower with mixer taps, w.c., hand basin

Parking One designated space is available with the property and it is clearly labelled. 

 

Changeover Day: Any Day - Arrival 4:00pm - Departure 11:00am

Security Deposit: This property has a refundable Accidental Damage Deposit of £200, which is payable to Blueriver Cottages with the final balance of your holiday, eight weeks prior to your arrival, and is refunded within 5 working days of your departure. Alternatively, you may wish to pay a non-refundable Accidental Damage Deposit Waiver equivalent to 10% of the Accidental Damage Deposit value, which covers you for the full value of the Accidental Damage Deposit, should any damage occur during your stay. 

Power and Heat: Gas and Electricity included in rent. 

Bedding and Linen: Bed linen and towels are provided (Please bring your own beach towels). 

Baby Equipment: Travel cot and highchair available at the property. Other equipment not provided however, guests are welcome to bring their own. Please provide your own bedding for the travel cot. 

Shop: 0.5ml    Pub: 0.5ml
