Located right in the heart of Salcombe's town centre the property has everything on its doorstep and is ideal for relaxing and enjoying the towns amenities and provides the perfect setting and safe environment for families to enjoy great holidays in the popular seaside town.
The cottage is divided across 4 floors and is perfectly set up for family holidays comfortably sleeping 6 in 3 double bedrooms and two bathrooms. The cottage is also the perfect property for 2 or more couples looking for a cosy retreat. As well as enjoying everything the town has to offer the Cottage also includes an upper level reception room benefiting from a balcony with beautiful views across Salcombe's Estuary. The perfect spot to enjoy a morning coffee or a drink in the evening whilst watching the boats on the water and the sunset.

Balcony and Parking. There is a small balcony with a bistro table and chairs/stools. There are views over Salcombe harbour and East Portlemouth. It is possible to pull up outside the property to unload only and parking is available in the town's Long Stay Car Park for a cost of £40 per week, permits can be purchased from the local Tourist Information Board until October 2018.

Security Deposit: This property has a refundable Accidental Damage Deposit of £250, which is payable to Blueriver Cottages with the final balance of your holiday, eight weeks prior to your arrival, and is refunded within 5 working days of your departure. Alternatively, you may wish to pay a non-refundable Accidental Damage Deposit Waiver equivalent to 10% of the Accidental Damage Deposit value, which covers you for the full value of the Accidental Damage Deposit, should any damage occur during your stay.
Power and Heat: Electric night storage heaters and electric towel rails in bathrooms. All electric is included in the price.
Bedding and Linen: Bed linen and towels are provided (please bring your own beach towels) .

Surprisingly spacious accomodation, over 4 Floors and able to sleep 8, even though only advertised as 6. Fantastic Views over Estuary, although Balcony was a bit of a squeeze for 4 to dine outside.Adrian & Co from Bristol - 23rd September 2016
A relaxing holiday with a superb view from the cottage
This was an enjoyable stay. The location is superb, both for amenities but also the view. The property is old but has been modernised to a good standard. The stairs are steep , so would not appeal to the infirm. The site says towels are not provided, when in fact they are. We brought our own, which took up valuable car space. Beach towels are best brought though. The recycling means a trek to the long stay car park. The cleaners turned up on the Friday before the 11 am deadline to get out. We were leaving anyway; but , it could have been inconvenient. This is a minor blip in an otherwise lovely cottage holiday. To be recomemnded.Fairliebrae - 8th July 2016
