Lazylands is a fantastic family holiday home based in South Sands, Salcombe. It is beautifully set on the hillside above South Sands beach and looks out towards Salcombe Estuary through the trees. South Sands is located in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty and is at the mouth of Salcombes estuary, this area of the valley offers beautiful countryside walks, lovely soft sand beach and hire facilities for Paddle Boarding including an instructor to take you around the best sights of Salcombe. South Sands offers the best of both worlds for guests, it offers a relaxing environment for those who really like to chill out during their holiday and watch the world go by from the lounge or it is within a 40 minute walk or a 5 minute drive to Salcombe Town Centre where you can spend your day shopping in the food stores, independent stores or some of the chain shops we have here. Fancy going slightly further? Totnes is 19 miles away, Dartmouth is 21 miles or visit Plymouth City Centre in 24 miles. A great location to visit so many different places! Lazylands is a spacious, modern property covering 3 floors, the main entrance to the property on the first floor houses the master bedroom and ensuite, bedrooms 2 and 3 and a family bathroom. Bedrooms 4 and 5 and a family bathroom are located on the second floor. The snug, kitchen, dining room, lounge and balcony are located on the third floor.

Please be aware there are multiple steps and staircases externally and internally at Lazylands, if you do have children please take care at all times, bringing children is at your own risk.
Parking Parking available on the driveway up to 10 cars. Garage is unavailable for guest use.
Changeover Day: Saturday - Arrival 4:00pm (16:00) - Departure 10:00am
Security Deposit: £500 Refundable
Power and Heat: Gas and Electricity included in rent. Gas central heating, Gas central heated towel rails.
Bedding and Linen: Bed linen and towels provided (please bring your own beach towels).
Baby Equipment: 2 Travel Cots can be found in the master bedroom wardrobe, Please bring your own bedding for the travel cots. Highchairs are provided. Stair gates do not fit the internal staircases.
