Firm Anchor is a gorgeous 5-bedroom, 3-bathroom home in beautiful Salcombe. Your loved ones will enjoy the spacious backyard, perfect for families! Firm Anchor is a lovely family house split over three levels, it is just about 800 yards to the waterfront wonderful array of pubs, cafés and shops. Enjoy long walks on the many sandy beaches and admire the fabulous views in the beautiful South Devon.
Just because you’re heading off on holiday, it doesn’t mean your four-legged friend should be left behind and at Firm Anchor we love to welcome dogs and happily accept 2 dogs. So fetch the family, pack the bones and take a holiday that is sure to set tails wagging!
Bedroom 1: double bed, with two bedside tables and wardrobe. This room access to the lovely garden.
Bedroom 2: single bed and a wardrobe with a view onto the garden.
Bedroom 3: a room with bunk beds plus a single, chest of drawers and sliding doors onto the garden.
Bathroom: with a bath, walk in shower, towel rail, toilet and wash basin.
Kitchen/dining/living area: this light and airy open plan living, kitchen and dining area with access to a balcony offers magnificent views of the Estuary. It provides a fully equipped kitchen with a gas cooker, oven, fridge/freezer, microwave and dishwasher. The dining area has a wooden table with 8 chairs and living area with open fire, comfy seating for 8 people, TV/DVD, iPod dock and sliding doors to balcony all with amazing estuary views.
Utility Room: with a washing machine and tumble dryer.
Shower room: WC, shower and wash basin.
Bedroom 4: this is the master bedroom with en-suite; the room contains a King Size bed, chest of drawers, two bedside tables and wardrobe. The en-suite provides a wash basin, towel rail, toilet and bath with shower head.
Bedroom 5: single bed and chest of drawers.
Outside area: at the front, you can find an enclosed private courtyard with table and chairs. At the back, a lawned garden great for your four-legged friend and family to enjoy!
Parking: Off road parking and on street parking available.
Security deposit:This property has a refundable Accidental Damage Deposit of £350, which is payable to Blueriver Cottages with the final balance of your holiday, eight weeks prior to your arrival, and is refunded within 5 working days of your departure. Alternatively, you may wish to pay a non-refundable Accidental Damage Deposit Waiver equivalent to 10% of the Accidental Damage Deposit value, which covers you for the full value of the Accidental Damage Deposit, should any damage occur during your stay.
Power and heat: Gas and Electricity are included in the rent.
Bed linen and towels: Linen and towels are provided. Please bring your own beach towels.

Great location and views of the estuary for the rear deck and within the main parts of the house. An energetic 10 min walk to town.
The property is perfect for a large group with an amazing location, nice garden and balcony, we thoroughly enjoyed our time here.
