There is a stunning wet room with rain shower as well as a second bathroom with bath; perfect for those lazy evenings after a day of exploring Salcombe's historic harbour amongst an array of boutique shops, cafe's and restaurants.There is a well equipped kitchen which opens up into the gorgeous dining area where the truly breathtaking views over the valley in to the harbour really steal the show. Open up the floor to ceiling patio doors and venture on to the enclosed courtyard which has stunning outdoor seating as well as sun loungers for when it is just too hot to explore. Here you can unwind with a glass of wine and watch the sparkling harbour life into the evening. Magdala Garden is the perfect seaside escape which offers privacy in abundance alongside the hustle and bustle of one of England's most historic sites and next to the town's child friendly park.

Changeover Day Thursday - Arrival 16:00pm - Departure 10:00am

Security Deposit: This property has a refundable Accidental Damage Deposit of £200, which is payable to Blueriver Cottages with the final balance of your holiday, eight weeks prior to your arrival, and is refunded within 5 working days of your departure. Alternatively, you may wish to pay a non-refundable Accidental Damage Deposit Waiver equivalent to 10% of the Accidental Damage Deposit value, which covers you for the full value of the Accidental Damage Deposit, should any damage occur during your stay.

Power and Heat: Gas and Electricity included in rent. Electric heating. 

Bedding and Linen: Bed linen and towels provided (please bring your own beach towels).
