Salcombe Heights is a beautiful, modern and high-end styled property located at the top of Salcombe town in an elevated position with Salcombe Estuary glimpses through the first floor living area. This property has been decorated to a very high standard and can sleep up to a maximum of ten people, this property is ideally suited for eight adults and two children, in five bedrooms and has a total of three ensuites, one family bathroom and a shower in the utility room. Perfect if you've got a rather muddy puppy after a good ol' countryside walk. This house is great for a family getaway and provides enough parking for two vehicles on the private driveway. Salcombe Heights benefits from an large open plan kitchen and dining area providing a lovely social space for everyone. There is also a large family living area with a woodburner, superb for a cosy night. The location of Salcombe Heights offers guests the best of both worlds, with the elevated position you are outside of the main town, a quiet location with private road into the complex. On the flip side you are a 10 minute walk from the town, it's easily accessed and has a great mix of independent shops, high-street stores and cafes and restaurants using local produce.
