This is the sixth time I have stopped here. Cleanliness, comfort and ideal location. If you are looking for somewhere in Teignmouth to use as a central location you cannot do better. Next to the harbour, close to at least seven pubs, many restaurants, train station and five minutes from the centre.D Watts - 13th June 2017
This place is situated in a great location. The inside was clean and we'll kept however not particularly comfortable, ideal for a few nights stay.A previous customer - 14th January 2017
High praise for this holiday cottage, so glad we discovered it. Spotlessly clean, great facilities and perfect location. We read the Visitor's Book and agreed with all the positive comments-there were no negatives, but agree with guests who suggested that additional storage space in the bathroom would be helpful, especially if there are four adults in your party. Being so close to the Newquay Arms pub was, for us, a godsend (parents were with us and have limited mobility)-the food was delicious and we were not disturbed at all by any noise. Can't wait to return, we will be booking again for sure.A previous customer - 13th October 2016
We were very pleasantly surprised by the cottage. The furniture and kitchen are very good quality. New patio funiture was provided. During our stay the noise levels from local pubs was not at all bad. You definitely need to be a dog lover if you come here as almost everyone seemed to own one. We would definitely stay here again.A previous customer - 13th September 2016
Brilliantly positioned cottage for all amenities. Clean and comfortable. Easy access to shops, pubs and train station. The bathroom is small but has all necessary items. No garden but has small courtyard with table and chairs.A previous customer - 6th September 2016
OVerall very good. Ideal location, clean and in a good state of repair. The garden furniture was in extremely poor condition, it should either be removed altogether until the owner replaces it.A previous customer - 20th June 2016
Ideally situated for beaches, shops, restaurants, station and pubs. Very clean and comfortable cottage. As a disabled person with walking difficulties everywhere is available without walking uphill, a great benefit.A previous customer - 11th June 2016
One or two niggles but nevertheless a very homely cottage in the heart of Teignmouth's waterfront. Easy access to quality pubs and restaurants. Close to car parks. Well worth spending time there!A previous customer - 9th September 2015
could do with updating the three piece suite very old and a bit worn. a warning about the workmen on the roof out the back of the court yard would have been nice, could not sit out there because of bits falling into the court yard. the bathroom needs a shelf to put razers and other stuff on.A previous customer - 2nd July 2015
We found the cottage very clean, seats a bit uncomfortable but you are not in very long. It gives good access to everywhere it's only 5 to 10 minutes to anywhere you would want and neighbours very friendly.A previous customer - 29th June 2015
Ideally set at the quayside, all shops, cafes, pubs, the beach and train station are all only minutes away. Quayside cottage offers all amenities you would want in a cottage and is extremely clean and tidy. ,A previous customer - 26th May 2015

Once you've found it (it's up an unnamed side alley off Osmond St!) it's a great spot - 5 minutes walk to everywhere, surprisingly quiet too given it's location. Very clean and tidy with 2 decent sized bedrooms and everything you need there - would recommend to anyone.A previous customer - 14th April 2015
The place was perfect. Will definitely what to stay there again in the future. I had only one issue and that was trying to get the fire to light, it wasn't the easiest thing to work but the place its self was without question great.A previous customer - 16th October 2014
Excellent service from Holiday Homes & Cottages. Would recommend Quayside Cottage - it is excellent and has great amenities.Mrs Q - Stockport - 20th September 2014
We enjoyed our stay at Quayside Cottage, especially the raucous cry of the gulls when the fishing trawlers docked. Otherwise it was remarkably quiet, given the proximity of the pubs, and it was great not to hear any cars at night - at home we live quite near a dual carriageway. We loved the central position, and thought Teignmouth a delightful town. Although we had the car, we made 2 outings by rail and one by bus. Negatives - the upstairs landing and bathroom felt a bit precarious for our large son. The backyard was not exactly inviting, and the front alley was a bit fraught, what with dog mess and cocaine sniffers in the night. In all other respects, we loved it.A previous customer - 9th September 2014
We used the cottage as a base for a sailing event in Teignmouth. It proved ideal for this as it was within easy walking distance of the beach and the launching area and also of the yacht club for evening socials. The provision of a hanging rack was also useful for drying sailing kit overnight. It was just unfortunate we couldn't always make use of this because of rain!!A previous customer - 28th August 2014
Excellent service from Holiday Homes & Cottages. I would recommend Quayside Cottage - it was very clean and all that we needed was there.Dr D - March, Cambs - 16th August 2014
