Located only a stones throw from the heart of the quintessential village of Thurlestone with its pretty thatched cottages lies Island View. This ideally placed level storey bungalow offers the best of both worlds, a short walk away from the post office and general store, traditional pub The Village Inn and walkable to nearby beaches along Bigbury Bay. Enjoy further views from the comfort of the property, Island View overlooks Bantham Beach, Burgh Island and far reaching sea views from the dining room and garden. This welcoming bungalow sleeps four although there is an an adjoining walk-through bedroom that can sleep an additional guest. Ideal for families, this well equipped bungalow with a nautical theme is pet friendly (maximum of two well behaved dogs) has a good outdoor space including decked terrace and large grass playing area. Stay local or travel to nearby Salcombe or Bigbury, Island View offers a great base for exploring much of the surrounding countryside and beautiful coastal area.

Security Deposit: This property has a refundable Accidental Damage Deposit of £200, which is payable to Blueriver Cottages with the final balance of your holiday, eight weeks prior to your arrival, and is refunded within 5 working days of your departure. Alternatively, you may wish to pay a non-refundable Accidental Damage Deposit Waiver equivalent to 10% of the Accidental Damage Deposit value, which covers you for the full value of the Accidental Damage Deposit, should any damage occur during your stay.
Power and Heat: Electric heater on walls provided. Heated Towel rail in shower room. Electricity included in rent.
