Number 7 Bramhope is situated in The Warberries and benefits from gas central heating and double glazing as well as a recently fitted kitchen. In addition the apartment has private parking as well as a separate garage. Bramhope is a converted Victorian villa on the lower slopes of the Warberries, located between the 'village' shops of Wellswood and Torquay town centre with a convenient bus services operating along Lower Warberry and Babbacombe Roads.
From the entrance hall, there are stairs leading up to first floor to door to Number 7.
Welcoming you in from the hallway is the spacious vibrant kitchen with floor based cupboards and drawers under worktop surfaces, incorporating stainless steel sink unit, gas hob, eye level electric fan oven, matching wall cupboards, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and a large double glazed window to rear with window seat.
Leading from the kitchen, is a door into the colourful lounge with large double glazed window looking over trees and gardens and also featuring a wonderful fireplace with gas fire and a large TV with , radiator, cornicing to ceiling, central ceiling rose. Tiled fireplace with gas point adjacent.
The master bedroom is furnished with a double bed, wardrobes and a dressing table which sits in the attractive bay window which enjoys leafy views and some sea peeps.
The shower room next door, is fitted with a large walk in shower cubicle, vanity wash basin, toilet and towel rail radiator.
There is private parking space within the grounds of Bramhope.
Built in 1844 formerly 'Villa Maggiore' Bramhope was converted into apartments in 1950. Whilst retaining many original features such as the beautiful sweeping staircase and roof lights in the main hall. The grey limestone pillars in the entrance are very fine and are also listed. Bramhope is set on the Lower slopes of The Warberries in a large conservation area covering approx. 200 acres. Number 7 is within 0.75 mile of the harbour, Torquay town centre and with Wellswood Village, Babbacombe and Meadfoot Beach within walking distance, Bramhope is ideally situated for those who would like easy access to the most beautiful area of Torquay. For those less able or wishing to leave their car in the grounds No 64 bus into town stops within yards of Bramhope. Anthony and Teresa are looking forward to welcoming guests into their lovely spacious apartment.
Regrettably, infants cannot be permitted in the apartment for safety reasons.
This property has a refundable Accidental Damage Deposit of £150, which is payable to Blueriver Cottages with the final balance of your holiday, eight weeks prior to your arrival, and is refunded within 5 working days of your departure. Alternatively, you may wish to pay a non-refundable Accidental Damage Deposit Waiver equivalent to 10% of the Accidental Damage Deposit value, which covers you for the full value of the Accidental Damage Deposit, should any damage occur during your stay.

Beautiful apartment with all mod cons ...... helpful owners. Parking, good Wi-fi, great shower, very comfortable, with plenty of room. Great value for money. It would be hard to find anywhere better.
